"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! Glad we could be of service, happy to help!"
"We have reached out to our customer. Our customer knew there was a problem area on their roof during the initial roof inspection, and they knew they would have some additional costs that could not be determined by any contractor until the roofing was torn off. Any contractor could not predict the exact amount of damage that was apparent until then. Photo documentation was also provided. We feel as a contractor , we could not have made it more clear or transparent with our customer. As discussed and put in writing on their contract, it was in writing as follows: "Front and rear areas that currently have decking concerns can be more accurately assessed upon tear off. The cost of the wood replacement is listed below in the unknown conditions (in which all costs on all of our contracts for wood replacement if needed are listed in detail). First two sheets of plywood are included in the base price." The customer signed off on these costs and they signed off on the unknown conditions in more than one place on our contract. We go above and beyond to list all the possibilities that could occur, and we pride ourselves on educating our potential clients. As a company who cares about its clients, our management reached out to our customer to discuss the concerns they addressed as an act of our goodwill having been in business for over 40 years. Instead of replying or discussing the matter further, they decided to make inaccurate and false statements against our company. False information made public is slander."
