ANY HEATING & AIR COND CO

I have a zoned hot water heating system that has 2 boilers and 4 zones. One of the boilers was not cycling on. This happened after I had the system cleaned and checked a month before (by another firm), and at the onset of the cold weather. Mr. West promptly came by and carefully assessed the cause of the problem. The failure to cycle on could have been caused by several things, but Mr, West was thorough in identifying the root problem. The boilers are energy star and 4 years old, but needed a motor that was not readily available locally. Mr. West tracked down the parts needed and searched for a good price. To say that I am very pleased with his approach to my issue and his work would be an understatement. Beyond the repairs, Mr. West made some suggestions that were beneficial.
