ALL PROPERTY HOME INSPECTION.LLC

Dan from All Property Home Inspection LLC arrived 10 minutes early and started a visual inspection of the outside. Dan did a complete inspection of the property including all attic spaces, basement, and all living space. The inspection took about 2-1/2 hours to complete.

After doing the inspection Dan gave me a verbal summary of his findings at the home, which was very helpful since  my wife and I would have been stressed waiting for the formal report. Dan answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process.

The next morning we received an email with the full report detailing all of the findings including a summary page of the items he felt needed urgent attention.  In the report was a breakdown of each room and any issues that were observed along with pictures to fully understand what is being pointed out. The report is easy to read and understand.

The report also gives useful information like the estimated life expectancy of items like the roof and appliances along with estimates of their current age to help plan on budgeting for repair/replacement in the future.

THE INSPECTOR WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

DAN WAS VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. DAN WAS THE MOST THOROUGH INSPECTOR WE'VE SEEN AND HIS KNOWLEDGE OF REALTY WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE TRULY AN INDEPENDENT CO. WE'VE RECEIVED A BINDER AND A COMPUTERIZED REPORT THAT YOU COULD ACTUALLY READ. IT WAS ABOUT 40 PAGES, WITH A SUMMARY REPORT.
