This company could not have been any better to work with. From Rob, the owner to Doug and Mike the veteran installers (they both have decades of window and door experience), this was a no brainer. Quality craftsmanship, excellent pricing and phenomenal customer service. Very happy to have used them and plan on using them again. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I had a picture window, a dining room window and 2 kitchen windows replaced in 2017. The company claims to have a lifetime guarantee. I contacted the owner last year to let him know the windows are not closing properly. He came to the house and said the windows must have shifted and said at least one was the incorrect size and that his company would not have done such poor work. He tried to blame it on a foundation issue with my house and refused to fix the windows. I contacted a foundation company to be sure this was the not the case - which it was not. The owner was rude and and been difficult to work with. In addition to the windows not closing properly, the caulk is now cracking inside and outside. Extremely disappointed

Absolutely fabulous experience. Professional, Clean, Friendly. I can't say enough how well our replacement patio door and kitchen window went. Rob and his crew are fantastic. Exactly what you want when you have remodeling done in your home. Clean cut crew, clean as they go and leave your home looking improved and like they weren't even there. Will definitely hire again for future windows & doors and highly recommend.

My wife and I are absolutely satisfied with the work that was performed by Robb and his crew. They were here when they said they would be, kept in constant communication with us when needed, were extremely professional in every aspect of the work performed. I would put Parma windows up against any other window replacement company in the business today and know that they would finish first every single time. Thank you Robb and his crew for a job well done!!!!!!! Chuck and Sue S.

I just recently had Parma Windows replace all my windows for the whole entire house and i could not be happier! They did a great job and at an affordable price. Rob and his crew were very professional, arrived on time, trustworthy, very clean and finished the whole house in just over one day . I will use Parma Windows for future projects and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Installed 5 windows and capped 2 windows, took all product, when I asked for the windows back i got 2 of the five.  When I asked where the other ones were, he said they got broke.

My only advice is you make sure you get every little detail in writing, if anything is discussed which isn’t available as a simple check mark on the description of work performed, get it in writing and don’t pay the final bill till you are satisfied.  Every time I spoke with my guy I had to remind him of the details of the project.  When we finally did it, I couldn’t be available so I had someone show so the contractors could work.  When I got home and reviewed the work I called immediately to discuss issues between what was discussed and what was done, as well as a concern I had with the color of the capping.  I told him it was probably fortuitous that they hadn’t completed the other 3 windows as I would not have like the color.  At first he seemed understanding and even told me he would correct my concerns, he told me he would bring the windows back and leave me a chart to pick a different color for the remaining windows.  He returned 2 windows and left me the color chart (in the rain, it was a mess).  I sent him a text with the color I chose and told him I was in no rush as I was aware of a project he had mentioned which would take up a lot of his time.  I told him to just contact me when he had time.  I never heard from him.  Then after I gave him a month I sent a text and he totally begged off saying it wasn’t written in the contract and argued with me that I could easily total the bill and see he hadn’t charged me.  I said I understood, but we had project expectations which had been discussed, and I paid the bill I was given. (Although I asked for an itemized bill all I got was the original estimate with some figures now added on it.)  I looked at the total and thought it was fair.  I even tried to cooperate and split the difference with him as I could see the misunderstanding.  He refused.  There were some other minor things as well, and I have to say I had no problem with the work that was done, but I wouldn’t work with them again.

If you picked something up in a store and it was mispriced, the store would correct it in your  favor.  They do this to maintain goodwill with the customer.  Even if costs them a little.   This was essentially the same thing, but with a very different outcome.

I was in need of new windows desperately, so I did what everyone does,I started calling around and getting estimates.  I got 5 estimates, 5 times I had to listen to the selling garbage of these companies each with their own gimmick.  One company offered a buy one get one deal , but the estimate was so outrageous that it was obvious you were paying for the free window.   Another company came in and starting bashing their competitors . It was just so frustrating, I was ready to give up and go through another summer of a really hot upstairs.  Then one day I got one of those Golden Clippers in the mail, I started flipping through it and came across Parma Windows.  Something told me to call and give it one more try so, I made an appointment with Rob the owner for an estimate.  Wow, what a breath of fresh air, this gentleman not only is honest, professional, has no gimmicks but, he also a local small business owner.  Being the daughter of a small business owner myself, I think it's so important to support these types of businesses.  Rob's price was very fair and he didn't try and sell me things I didn't need.  My custom windows were delivered and installed on time as promised.  My upstairs bedrooms are now comfortable, the windows are the exact color the association requires them to be (If you have a home owners association you know what a pain those people can be if it's not right) and they look beautiful.. I couldn't be happier!  The best part of all this is that the owner Rob was on site while the windows  were being installed.  So, a subcontracted company no one knows isn't putting in your windows, it's the actual owner and his crew.   I can't stress it enough, if you want someone you can trust, no gimmicks, a fair price and amazing high quality windows call Parma Windows, you wont be sorry.

They arrived on time and installed the 2 doors.  They cleaned up before they left.  Everyone was polite.  We had one little problem and Rob the owner came back and all is good.  We are very pleased with their work.

I am so glad we had Rob and his crew come and do the capping. It looks amazing! I was not at home while the work was performed, but when I got home at the end of the day and saw how great all of the first floor windows looked I was just ecstatic! My husband was on night shift and Rob and his crew were very courteous and agreed to start on the other side of the house from the bedroom so he could get a few hours sleep. They must have been very careful to be quiet because he was able to sleep until they called to say the work outside was done! Compared to other quotes we got when we originally started the process of replacing our windows, Parma Windows was by far the best window for your money. Other companies we received quotes from were selling the same manufacturer's windows (Polaris) but for four times the price! Rob was friendly, professional, and didn't waste any time. Other companies sent salemen that tried to sell us for close to 2 hours! Rob was straight forward with pricing, information, window options, and everything. We have replaced every window in the house now, with exception of 4 windows that had been replaced by the previous homeowners maybe 5 years ago. We absolutely enjoy the ease of cleaning the windows, the reduction in our heating/cooling bills, how amazing they look, and just the fact that we can enjoy a nice spring breeze now! The and quot;regularand quot; size windows that we had replaced I believe were $250 each without the capping/trim on the extrior. We also had some very large specialty windows that I do not recall the exact price for, but very reasonable compared to any other quotes.

Excellent. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. Came in and introduced themselves, very professional. Started right in with doing the job agreed upon. They explained what they were going to do as they moved along. Cleaned up after themselves completely. In one room they had to take down my drapes, sheers and blinds and they put all of them back up as it was originally. Rob and his crew, Steve and Doug, were more than professional. All of my questions they answered and showed me how to open and move the windows for cleaning.

I would recommend them to everyone and I would not hesitate having them do work for me in the future. Very pleased with Parma Windows today.

It was very good experience. The windows are a very good quality, They cleaned up after each installation of the window. Rob and his workers were very professional and personable. I was recommended to Parma Windows from a friend and I would do the same. Parma Windows is not a pushy company, he told me all about the windows and what I would need and the cost and did not pressured into buying then, like another company that I had previously used for doors. Parma Windows is a great company.

I originally hired Parma Windows in November 2012 to replace 9 windows on the back of my house because I had water leaking in and around the old windows due to Hurricane Sandy. Rob sold us the window job, and worked side by side with his employees during the entire window project. They were polite and courteous and did an outstanding job with the new windows. Their craftsmanship was A+ and the price was unbeatable! I since have had no issues with the new replacement windows on the back of house. A few weeks ago I hired Parma Windows again to replace the 11 windows on the front side of my house because of severe storms that caused water damage in the old windows. The new windows look fantastic and have added even more curb appeal to my house! We have had many rain storms since all of these windows have been replaced and have not had a drop of water! I would not hesitate recommending Rob and his company Parma Windows to anyone. Definitely a quality company doing quality work!

Absolutely easy process the entire way through. When I called to schedule a quote I spoke to Rob the owner directly. He showed up on time for our estimate and was very efficient. Other companies were at our house almost 2 hours just for measurements and quote! We decided to do the 2nd floor windows first and see how we liked them and save up our money and then do the first floor. When the windows were installed they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves! We absolutely love our windows! Huge difference being able to open our windows easily, feeling that they don't leak like the old ones, and they just look amazing! Even with doing custom window combination for our large front windows the price was just incredible. And we got the more energy efficient windows ($249 for standard size I believe, other quotes were over $900/window!). The funny thing to me was that most of the other companies that quoted us were using the same Polaris brand windows made in Ohio, but for quadruple the price!!!

My daughter and son-in-law had recommended Parma Windows after their experience with them.
The sales visit was no nonsense or pressure and was completed in roughly 40 minutes including the measurement of my 14 double-hung windows. I previously researched other window companies and even called to setup appointments which I eventually cancelled.
The window brand used is Polaris ThermaWeld which has received good reviews as a very capable product.
The installation was scheduled for 8:30 in the morning and the first installer should up early at 8:00 to start the prep work. The window delivery arrived at 8:30 and work started immediately afterwards. The crew was very friendly and courteous and didn't mind me watching over their shoulder to see the process of removal and installation.
I was pleasantly surprised that the total install was completed by around 2:00. I thought for sure the install of 14 large double-hung windows would have taken all day.
I had no issues from start to finish and would use Parma Windows again.

It went great. He did what he said he'd do, when he promised to do it, he and his crew did it well and efficiently and at the exact agreed upon fee, and time. The windows are also great quality. We will call him again when we're ready to purchase the next 11 windows.
