Right now I have only 1 employee (me). I hold a Home Improvment Contractor (HIC) License with the City of Columbus # HIC5081. Payment is due at time of service, I take VISA, MC, AMEXP, Checks and Cash. My rates are $139.99 for the intial TWO (2) hour appt. and then $59.99 each additional hour (billed on the 1/4 hour); I give free estimates as well. I offer a progressive discount for Angies List customers $25 off first visit and $50 off second visit (no time limit).
