I would tell my friends to look them up, because their work quality is A1. They did my basements in both my old house and this house. They do everything. The cost is fair, but it is for custom. For what you get, it is terrific cost. They use top notch, and it is not sub contractors, they are all his guys, and he is right there managing everything. I have been using him for about 20 years. In the 1990s he did my back porch, counter tops, floors and he completely redid the house that I had moved into it.

He was an awesome person. They just finished two weeks ago. I would definitely use them again.

He was thorough. He was trying to find ways to lower the cost based on what the architect was suggesting, he was suggesting things we could do to make it a little less expensive. He was the low bidder, but we didn't think his bid was that much lower and his reputation wasn't going to be quite as good of work, so the difference in price wasn't there to justify it.

We needed to find someone quickly to rebuild the bathroom floor as part of a major emergency plumbing project. The plumber didn't think his carpenter would be able to do the work any time soon. We had worked with Rick Wieland on several other remodeling projects so called him and he was able to plan for his carpenter to be here the morning after the vinyl flooring arrived. He even suggested a place to buy the flooring that had a great selection, good price and could get it in less than a week. The plumbers had split a couple pieces of the molding removing it and Rick found a scrap molding piece that matched the profile well enough that we could use it in the corner. Dave, the carpenter, was prompt and cleaned up all the sawdust he created.

Rick is a master when it comes to home remodeling. We have a home built in 1927 but the master BR is an addition. The wood trim around the doors, windows, crown molding and floorboards in the MBR did not match the remainder of the house. Rick personally crafted the wood trim so it exactly matches the rest of the house. Now, it looks original, not like an addition. The crew that works with him are excellent and we felt comfortable leaving them in our home working without us being present. We have used Rick before and have other projects where he will the the only one considered for the jobs.

We were very pleased with him. We wanted to expand our dining room and add 130 square feet. He designed it and got three bids on brick, hardwood floors, heating, etc. He put it all together and he has a manager that is actually on site. They did a good job and were extremely responsive. The total job was a little lower than the actual quote. His price was the most competitive of the three quotes that I got.

This is the third time we've used them and they have been great. The work is high quality; there is a tremendous amount of care and attention to detail. Rick, the owner, is onsight during the job. His workers are excellent. Any problems that we've had (which have been few and minor), he has been willing to take care of. I can't imagine using anyone else.

Outstanding, as usual. We have used Rick several times and he came through again with the shower. Directed us where to go to pick out the marble and shower door. Even told us about getting from the marble company a small shelf which facilitates shaving my legs-I had never heard of it! Every time I take a shower, I am so glad we had Rick do the work.

They have been fantastic, they showed up when they were supposed to, they would tell us everything that they were going to do, they are very careful with my pets.

HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS. HE DOES GREAT WORK, HE IS THE SALT OF THE EARTH AND TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I GET COMPLIMENTS ON ALL THE WORK THAT HE DOES. HE IS PARTICULARLY GOOD WITH OLDER HOMES THAT HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE PROBLEMS.

I CANNOT IMAGINE A BETTER GROUP OF PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. I LIKE THEM SO MUCH, I PLAN ON HAVING THEM REMODEL THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. TO LET YOU KNOW HOW GOOD THEY ARE, THEY NORMALLY HAVE EIGHT OR SO PROJECTS GOING AT ONE TIME AND NEVER HAVE TO ADVERTISE! ALL THEIR CLIENTS COME BY WORD OF MOUTH.

THE SUB CONTRACTORS WERE WONDERFUL AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. MODERATELY PRICED AND GREAT AT RETURNING CALLS.
