Westerville Tree Service

They did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up their mess. They didn't damage any property. Reasonable price. I've used them probably 7 times over the past decades.

Dave came out right away and got the tree cleaned up and moved

I called and the owner showed up the same day (!) to assess the tree and the additional stump we wanted removed. His crew showed up just hours later to remove the tree. (I have pretty much never had that level of responsiveness from a company.) It did take a few additional weeks to have the stumps removed, but the tree was the top priority. Everything went well.

Good. Damage to a plant in the landscaping was applied as credit to price. Very fair and reasonable. Had a little difficulty confirming schedule.

David did a great job - showed up on time and did the work as requested - he was able to make several suggestions that improved the health of our trees and landscaping !!!!

The work they performed was excellent, but the customer service was sporadic. They did excellent work when they showed up. They did not call the schedule anything they just showed up. They gave me a rough estimate on the trees and it ended up being more than what they had estimated and they did not communicate that well. But the work they did was excellent. So I am kind of torn on those guys. The work they did was excellent. They did not schedule anything we will show up when we can. The owner was not very responsive. They did not schedule it they just showed up one day. I heard them outside and I went out and met them. We never scheduled anything they just showed up. The professionalism was great. I probably would not use them again, I am going to try a different one right now.

The work was done to my liking. It was a little challenging to get scheduled. Once we did get scheduled, the service was completed promptly. The crew damaged a plant in the landscaping but the owner agreed to pay for the replacement. This was handled very professionally.

It was a good experience. They were cheaper than other providers for tree removal. They were efficient. It took just a few hours. I don't think I was home at the time.

He is a neat guy. We have used him before. We've used them several times. Great work for a reasonable price. The work was all done in one day. They cleaned up when done and did a nice job.

Awesome. Called David on Monday and he was able to get out to my house on Tuesday to grind the root. All of this was coordinated over the phone as I was at work while he performed the work.

Perfect The cost was to remove the tree, stump removal and tax which to us was extremely reasonable.

We appreciated the group and all the hard professional work that was done. They worked very hard to get the job done properly and I was glad to see David (the owner) there and pointing out undesirable branches etc. They worked very hard to get the job done properly, etc. It was also nice that the guys were so professional and that we could freely communicate how we wanted certain things shaped. I appreciate the excellent attitudes. Thank you so much. All the workers were dedicated to getting the job done to the best of their abilities and they used their esthetic skills to get the most desirable result. They literally would not quit until they were satisfied and we were satisfied! I really appreciate Westerville Tree Service.

Dave came over  around noon and said that his crew  was finishing  another job and would be they  had lunch.to do the work.

Chad and his helper arrived at approx. 2:15pm. They did a excellent job trimming and cleaning up after they finished 

David was out the same day that I first called him to give an estimate. The tree that needed removed was a very large Elm that was leaning directly over my neighbor's home. This was by no means an easy job, but David and his crew were able to remove it without any problem. Westerville Tree Service definitely has the skilled personnel and the equipment needed to do the job properly and safely. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend their services.

David quoted me over the phone and we went with a handshake agreement. A week later they cam out and removed the trees. The stumps followed the next day. They did a great job, left my yard spotless. Ground the stumps far below grade, which a lot of services charge extra for. I plan on using again.
