 + -1 moreI took my sewing machine in for service. The stitch selector knob had gotten nearly impossible to turn. I have a 30+ year old Viking, and Mike cautioned me that if it was broken, he would not be able to fix it because parts are no longer available for my machine. He took it apart and cleaned out the old grease which had hardened. He kept it longer than I wanted, but each time I called, he said he'd like to keep it a little longer because it wasn't working as smoothly as he'd like. I am quite happy with the results. My machine is working well since Mike cleaned and serviced it.

 + -1 moreWhen I called, the store rep said to bring my machine in anytime. I took it in the next day, they took all my information and said they were a bit backed up but I should have it back within 10 days. Ten days was fine with me as I have a backup machine and wasn't in immediate need of my Viking. Sew and Save called me about 8 business days after I dropped off my machine and said it was done. I was very pleased with the work, it's running great! All of their employees I encountered were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for sewing machine repairs.
Description of Work: My almost 20 year old Husqvarna Viking 500 had never been serviced. Yes, bad on my part but I only used it when I needed to hem pants or do a repair. But I had tackled a big repair job for a family member and was having major trouble getting the thread tension set, it just would not work. I called Westerville Sew and Save and was very happy with their service.

 + -1 moreIt was the only place we could find to take it. She was very nice and prompt too. She fixed it quickly and it was not much money. She was not necessarily supposed to be having her store open at a particular time, she was just having classes in there at that time so we were able to take it in. She had to get into the store early just for us.
