Fantastic service. Crew arrived early, confirmed the work to be done, and on completion you would never know any tree or anyone was ever there. All debris was cleaned up and tidied perfectly. Removed the large tree, and even accommodated a request to take out 3 box wood shrubs that was not part of the original plan. Recommend highly.

Extremely well! The crew of four (including Willie) were on time, efficient and professional. They had to do some of the work from my neighbor's yard and when they finished they left his yard and mine looking as good as it was before they started. In all, they were there for about 5 and-a-half hours.

Mr. Miller arrived earlier than promised. He and his crew were very efficient, taking down the large maple that had died in our front yard very quickly. Without asking, he went ahead and cut several of the trunk sections in half so they would be easier to split. All branches/twigs were removed leaving only a small pile of sawdust where the stump was and the firewood, which I carted over to our rack. This is the second time we have contracted with Mr. Miller for tree removal. His prices has always been at the low end of those we've received and his expertise and professionalism cannot be beat.

Very pleased with their service. They brought a team of 5-6 and all the needed equipment to get the job done quickly. They were neat and cleaned up all of their mess before leaving. Would definitely use again.

Cost compared well with other estimates. Chose this company because this man was not condescending or pushy. End result was exactly as I expected, and then I hired him for another small job with equally good results. Office acknowledged their appreciation for being their customer.

He was very good. He came and did the job, cleaned it up. He did everything he said. He was very professional. He was excellent.

This very belated review covers work done slightly over a year ago. When I suddenly became responsible for a yard that needed a lot of work, I hired Mr. Miller to cut down, remove and cut up trees, large weeds, etc. The original job was completed promptly and on budget, so I hired him to do more work on the same property with equally good results. I hired him because, after meeting with several other people, he was the only one who was polite and had a decent price, while the other two were condescending and pushed to do work I couldn't afford. I would hire him again.

W. E. Miller Tree Service came out and did everything that I asked them to do. However, when they removed my tree, a major limb was dropped on my deck and surrounding shrubs. There was a three foot long gouge to one deck board with three out of five matching shrubs damaged beyond a recovery period of three months and one specimen plant that was split in the middle that appears to be recovering. I am hoping it will recover to it's near original state by spring based on a local arborist's opinion. W. E. Miller Tree Service also trimmed my lilac bush, but a few days later the leaves turned grey and leathery. I spoke with an arborist who told me the damage was due to "trimming the lilac bush in June, which is not the appropriate time to trim them." I called W. E. Miller Tree Service, and the owner came back out. However, he was confrontational and argumentative. He stated that I needed to meet him half way and pay for half of the damage costs because he felt the damage was not severe. He offered to trim them, claiming this would bring recovery. The two arborists I spoke with, one from a local nursery and the other from another tree service, stated that this type of evergreen would definitely not recover aesthetically to their original fullness from just trimming. They both said the shrubs would probably survive but would remain in their varying degrees of damage, from completely split in half to noticeable holes due to broken branches. When I asked Mr. Miller about the lilac bush he raised his voice and waved his arms at me saying that I hired him to trim the bush, so he trimmed the bush. I said that I had expected that a tree expert would have informed me that this was not a healthy time to trim lilac bushes and reschedule the work for later during the correct time. He told me that he was neither an arborist or tree expert, and not responsible be cause he did not know this about lilac bushes. I was quite surprised for him to admit to lack of expertise in his field leaving me to conclude that his tree service consisted of people with nothing but tree equipment, trucks and chainsaws and little to no knowledge of the plants they service. I would also like to thank his wife Terri who was extremely polite, professional, courteous and even apologetic when I initially called to describe the damage saying that her husband would make everything right.

Willie and his crew showed up on time.  They quickly and efficiently completed the job and left the ground/soil smooth and ready for new plants.  This is our second time using W.E. Miller Tree Service.  We had a fantastic experience both times and are extremely happy with the work performed and the very reasonable cost.  We will definitely be using them again!

They were here to do the job within the same day that I called. They were exceptionally professional, did the job in minimal time and cleaned up all the limbs and debris afterwards. Couldn't be happier. Would be glad to do business with them in the future.

The tree was closely located between two houses.   Each piece had to be cut and lowered separately with ropes to avoid hitting the houses.  A crew of 5 men worked on this job for several hours.  The crew was very professional and the yard was cleaned up afterwards.  We have used W. E. Miller Tree Service on numerous occasions and we will use them again.

I cannot image better service than that provided by W. E. Miller Tree service. The owner came and gave me an accurate estimate, and then performed the work in a timely fashion. They were polite and neat. I highly recommend this company.

He and his men are very respectful, he actually wrote us a thank you letter afterwards.  They are very nice and are a good team.  They actually did about 8 or 9 people's properties on our street.

Mr. Miller came to our house a few days after we contacted him to give us an estimate.  He removed the bushes a few days later.  He and his workers were prompt, courteous, and did a very good job.  We have used this company for many years for tree service and have always had very positive experiences with them.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Mr Miller is extremely professional. He quoted a very competitive price, he arrived exactly on time, he and his crew very quickly took the tree down, cut it up and cleaned it up very thoroughly! And when asked to really grind the stump......HE REALLY DID GRIND IT INTO TOOTHPICKS!! I could not recommend ANY business more!!

Tree was located in a tight spot between power lines, fence, and patio but the crew worked around these obstacles without any problems. W.E. Miller was prompt with the estimate and completed the work on time. They left the site very clean.

They had to take the tree acrossed a small creek and over a fence. They cleaned up everything beautifully. They did the job just as we asked. They managed to miss all lines and other trees. We have used them a couple of times, and they are by far the most reasonably priced in the area. They provide great customer service. They are very personable. The owner is on site and does all the estimate work. If there needs to be any adjustments, they talk about it ahead of time. They are very professional.

Overall the experience was okay, Mr. Miller was very responsive to estimating the work and performing the services. Mr. Miller gave an estimate to my wife for the work and then increased the price a $100 because a certain portion of the tree was slightly over the property line. This was frustrating for me because the yard would have looked terrible with the tree left the way they were proposing. While I can understand the reason for the price increase, I would recommend for future customer to clearly understand what's "in" vs. "out" of scope for the estimate in hand. Simply put, draw lines in the yard, on the trees, etc. - get very specific (I only emphasize this because I saw other members comment on this as well).
