I had minor storm damage from the summer and was not covered by insurance due to my deductable.

I was unaware that we had storm damage to our church roof. They noticed that I had damage and they stopped by to notify me. After they talked to me they tarped off the roof and said that they would work with the insurance company. They did as they said and they tore off the two layers and replaced the roof and increased the ventalation as they felt is was not good enough. They did the entire job for the amount that the insurance company paid out. I did have them put architectual shingles on for an added cost. The other company I had quote was not interested in working with the insurance company and they were considerably higher in price. Brian the sales person was responsive and good to work with.

After hail damage I needed a new roof and new siding which was covered by insurance. My insurance company gave me a few contractor names but I okayed Warehouse Sales. They dealt directly with my insurance company on cost and waived my $500 deductable.

Also, while they were here I decided to purchase five new windows and have my gutters replaced which I paid for out of pocket. They capped a lot of my wooden trim for me, left the aluminum siding so I could recycle it, and replaced my shutters for no extra charge. And they accommodated a few other custom requests.

Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend and use them again. I would definitely recommend dealing with the GC Kevin Carter. He's prompt in returning calls and a very trustworthy individual. And I'm a pretty difficult guy to satisfy so that's saying something. I'm glad my insurance company brought them to my attention.

I contacted Brian Higgins with Warehouse Sales to take a look at my roof when we found shingles in the yard after one of this springs' wicked wind storms. He had worked for another company a couple of years ago, and fixed a leak in my garage roof. At that time, he told me I did not need a new roof, and I appreciated his honesty. This time, Brian confirmed that we, indeed, did need a new roof, and worked quickly and easily with my insurance company to get the job done. On very short notice he was able to meet my insurance inspector at my home, and the insurance payment very closely matched Brian's estimate. The roof crew showed up on time, were courteous, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves before they left each night. I'm not sure how they avoided hurting my landscaping, but all my plants, flowers, and bushes survived the flying shingles and debris without incident. Our roof looks great and we will call Brian again any time we need other home repair/remodeling done.
