RICK VISTA STATED NO PROBLEM ON SAND CHANGE, SINCE HE SAID IT DIDN''T NEED IT (AND RICK SAW THE CONCRETE WORK BEING DONE WHEN HANDING ME THE ESTIMATE). CALLED FOR SERVERAL WEEKS (2 TO 3), LEAVING MESSAGES IN AUG-SEP. 2001 (POOL CLOSE), APR. 2002 (POLL OPEN), AND AUG. 2002 TO HAVE ROCKS FIXED. GAVE UP AFTER 2 TO 3 WEEKS DUE TO NO RETURNED CALLS BY VISTA POOL COMPANY. VISTA POOL COMPANY HAS PROVIDED POOR INSTALLATION (ROCKS STILL POKING UP IN LINER DUE TO INITIAL INSTALL); UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE (RARELY A CALL BACK TO MY MANY MESSAGES, AND NOT ABLE TO COMMIT TO ANY DATETIME TO COME OUT), NO WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS, AND NOT WILLING TO ADMIT VISTAS FAULT IN THE INSTALLATION, AS I STILL HAVE ROCKS STICKING UP IN MY POOL LINER, READY TO POKE A HOLE THRU.
