I had siding ripped from my house during a windstorm and a gable attic vent destroyed by raccoons. Bryan took the time to walk me through options and provided me with a very reasonable estimate to get the work done. Bryan was on-time for all appointments, courteous and thorough in his work...I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Bryan for any handyman work.

He did a good job.  Not an easy job, but he got it done. 6 months later, shingles are still in place even given some strong wind storms.

Over the years, Bryan has installed all the trim in my home, drywalled the stairway and part of the kitchen, installed ceiling fans and lights, doors, painted ceilings, etc., etc. Bryan is detailed about his work and strives not for it just to look good, but for it to also be done right. He always cleans up after a job, has reasonable prices, is professional, very honest and overall wonderful to work with. He has made house calls to give me pointers and advice on certain projects I was completing myself. Bryan is so trustworthy I have left him alone in the house during the day to complete a project and have never had any issues. He has always been very respectful of my home. If Bryan has a question, he does not hesitate to call.
I would not hesitate to call Bryan to help with any future home projects. I would even go as far as to say I would recomend him to friends or family who needed handyman services.

He's reliable and he's been very good to work with. I usually can send him an email and just tell him what's going on and he'll actually call the tenant himself and setup the appointment. He will then take care of it and when he's finished, he'll tell me what he's done and the list of the cost and then I will check with my tenant to make sure that they're happy with the work and they usually are.

I used Brian's help several times in the past on many small one/two days projects and was always very pleased with his work. He may be not the cheapest one, but he always works very thoroughly and never cuts corners

True North was able to do the job in one day and he did a very good job. I had them go to our rentals to check out a light fixture and he has gone to investigate a sump pump which was freezing.He is really easy to work with, professional and very flexible.His prices are very reasonable.

Bryan has installed the trim for almost every room in my house (and most of the doors.) He is detail oriented and concerned with having the work look good. Bryan is always professional and friendly. He cleans up after himself. He is very honest and lets me know immediately if there is a problem or if there needs to be a change in the project. In addition, his prices are reasonable for the high quality of work.Bryan is a one man contractor. It might take a few months (depending on the job) before he is able to start on the next project. He has always been very upfront concerning when he will be able to start another project for me and lets me know quickly if there is a change concerning the start date (sometimes he's able to start a new project sooner than anticipated.)  Either case, the quality of his work is worth the wait. Will definitely have him back for more projects.

I really like them, and I would recommend them to anyone.  Their prices are reasonable.  I plan on using them again in the future.

I contacted Bryan Franc from True North and explained that I had two windows in my kitchen that needed trim work put up. My husband and I had recently remodeled our 1930's kitchen. The windows had been installed within the past 10 years, but the frame of the older house posed a few difficulties. Bryan came to my house to give me an estimate and was able to get started right away. I provided the wood trim and stain. He did have to do sme drywall work in order to get the trim to look right around some of the areas. It took Bryan one day to finish the job. The trim work looked great, the only thing I found very disappointing was that he had not stained the entire piece. The bottom edge of trim was still bare wood. Being that one of the windows was directly above the sink I was very concerned with water damage. I contacted Bryan to let him know and get some advice on how to stain it. He explained that I should use a brush and apologized for missing it. I would have given an overall A if it hadn't been for that.

Called and bryan came looked at problem for free of charge and came and did the work. Was a little more extensive work than i thought.Had insect and water damage also he found ants in basement so i had to correct that situation first. Then called and Bryan came and did the work. Really nice job and he had to work me into his schedule because he is really busy and he knew i wanted to get new    floors.  Hes the best....

The provider did an excellent job.  At the end of each day, the work area was clean so it did not impact our evenings.  In addition, as different alternatives were discovered during the project (how to run a wire for example), we were called and asked to make the decision.  This was an interruption in our work day but at the end a welcomed interruption to make sure the job was done in a manner that we were happy.  Will us the provider again.  Very happy with the end product and the process.

I think I spent $95 on his services.  The guy’s name is Bryan and he’s like a handyman, so I use him for quite a bit of stuff.  He has a pretty wide range.  He’s pretty professional, polite and affective.  I will use his services again in the future if I need to.

Bryan is very contientious about the work he performs.  He is an excellent carpenter and a very good painter.  He shows up when he says he will be there and doesn't leave until the job is done to his satisfaction.

I needed to drywall the walls in my stairway plus the walls on the landing at the top of the stairs. When Bryan arrived for the estimate, he gave some very good ideas concerning the ceiling (mud the ceiling to get a nice smooth finish) plus the baseboards around the stairs (adding some extra trim.) Due to other jobs, it took him a little longer to start my job, but once he arrived, he was quick, very accurate and detailed in making the finish product look good. The ceilings are nice and smooth. You can't tell what trim he added to the baseboards around the stairs (looks like part of the original baseboard.) He even worked around a light so I'd have a working light at the top of the stairs. All I have to do now is paint. The final cost was a little higher than the estimate due to some extra supplies he needed for the job. Bryan has done multiple jobs for me. He is always professional and very detailed oriented. He's very concerned with making the finish product look good. He's very approachable and will even volunteer ideas on how to make something he's working on look even better. He's never steered me wrong and I trust his opinion. Will definitely hire him do other work in the future.

Took a while to get on his calendar, but he was prompt and professional while here.  Have used him in the past and will use him again, though I think he may have been a bit rushed during the painting - I'm putting a second coat on parts since the old paint is sort of coming through. cindy
