The generator installation very well. I would give them an A+ on that. Rob responded to my calls within a reasonable time, And generally answered any questions I had. The kitchen lighting went well except for one light that was installed where a cabinet was supposed to be installed. Rob removed that and the cabinet was installed. There was also a dimmer switch for the dining room that was supposed to be mounted in the kitchen (Or dining room) that never got replaced. All in all I think Rob did a good job. He was easy to work with and knows his profession well. If it weren't for the dimmer switch I would've given Rob a 'B'. I don't give out 'A's' unless the work is excellent, done exactly the way I wanted, and complete.

I was happy with them. They were professional because it was difficult to do and they couldn't figure it out, but yet they kept on going until they did get it which was nice. They did the job right and cleaned up after themselves. They were nice and I was satisfied with the job.

We were very pleased with Craig and the team from Trouble Free Electric.  He was very informative and kept me up to date on what is going on.

They installed a ceiling fan and an extra outlet in the nursery.  They put a child proof cover on the new outlet without me even having to ask.  They also inspected the old wiring in the attic and gave me free advice regarding other electrical projects I had going on.  They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  Their rates were reasonable and they did a fantastic job.

Rob Needles and his crew worked well with the contractor's crew to not get in the way of each other.  the crew worked quickly and efficiently - obviously a skilled and experienced team.  the results met our needs and satisfaction.  We will recommend Trouble Free electric to our friends and family. Rob was extremely helpful, personable and explained his work in detail.  
 His enthusiam and commitment made you feel reassured.   His friendly nature was another plus.

This effort took about 1 day with 2 men working as a team. They worked very quickly and had to coordinate with other men who were plastering/painting. If you have any electrical needs, get an estimate from Rob at Trouble Free.

This outfit consists of two people but dont let that concern you. They are prompt, polite, methodical and throughly professional. They dont take chances and spend a fair amount of time studying the project before coming up with a proposal and estimate. Their quote was the very reasonable compared to their competitors, who wanted almost double. They obtained the necessary permits from the city and finished the work on schedule. Even when the tub didnt turn ON, they stayed back on a Saturday until I could contact the supplier technician. They spent three hours carefully going over the entire wiring of the home until they had eliminated every possible reason for the problem. The issue was related to faulty install documentation from the manufacturer and while they suspected as much, they didn't risk changing it until the supplier admitted that it was their problem. I will hire them for any electrical work around the home without hesitation. They also did some minor carpentry for me. Its been 5 months and I've never had an issue with their work.

The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and persistent. He tested and search out each item on the electrical circuit which included indoor and outdoor equipment. Each time I had to call because the problem occured again, he was prompt and friendly even though it had to be frustrating. He was able to locate an underground wire that failed only when the ground was wet such as after a rain. This turned out to be the reason the problem only occured intermittently. After locating the problem a permanent repair was made. Only after the final repair was made were we charged plus the service call for the first visit. All told there must have been three or four service visits with minor repairs for which we were not charged.
