Prepared a professional, full-color brochure with 15 photos that really showed off our home. Was very active in scheduling potential buyers. Were good negoniators when we had a buyer interested. Very helpful with loan closing. This is a husband and wife team, so you get twice the experience and value in getting your home sold.
