They told me that the work that they did has a 1 year warranty. They will send somebody out there and if they found out that there's is nothing wrong on what they did they will charge me again to fix it again. They have me a date that was June 9 but they didn't give a time what time they will show up I have to wait for them all day so I called them today to cancel my schedule on June 9. His name is Wayne and the main thing is if he wanted to come out and found out that they didn't do anything wrong I said to leave them alone they don't care about the customers they only care about the money and that's not how you treat people there's another guy who told me about the warranty. I will never ever recommend them to nobody

I was blown away by the entire experience with Asad and Mike! They were on time, super friendly and COVID conscious. Asad explained everything in detail and walked me through every step of the process as he was going through it. He even explained basic electrical knowledge that was very helpful to understand for any future electrical work. They cleaned up after themselves and tested all the work. They were patient and very thorough. I was dreading having this work done, but they totally made it a great experience. The only feedback I would have is on the front-end of getting a quote/scheduling. I never received any formal quote or a statement of work and they completely didn't respond to my email when I was requesting a quote. My advice is to just call and be as direct with what you want done as possible. I would recommend them for any work!

I have used The Electric Connection multiple times for small projects. Everything always goes well, the prices are very reasonable, and best of all I don't get electrocuted.

Performed 2 year Generac maintenance and replaced the battery. The technician was very professional and did a great job.

Everything went well. Jud the owner came out and addressed several items that came up on the home inspection report. All items were relatively small in nature, but they needed to be addressed right away.

The serviceman did an excellent job. We had previously hired someone else to fix it. It worked for four weeks and he charged a lot more than The Electric Connection. Grrr. we called The Electric Connection and they fixed the problem. The generator has been working for several months now without a problem.

Jud met with my husband and provided a quote which was reasonable. The apt was scheduled however he did not arrive that day. Jud showed up the next day and did the work. Which is lack luster! When we arrived home, my husband found that he had cut the wires to our home security system. He made contact with Jud immediately, and Jud said he would come back as soon as he was finished with a job in the Hilliard area. A short time later Jud made contact and asked if he could just come the next day because traffic was heavy and he was doing a job in New Albany. Given that he cut the power to the security system of our home my husband explained that was not acceptable. Jud and another individual arrived shortly after that to fix the alarm panel. My husband went out to speak with Jud, jus was kind and asked if it was ok to turn the power off because we were having dinner at that time. Jud came back into the kitchen and explained that he had restored power to the alarm panel and asked if I would like to check it. I went into the utility room and noticed that there was a gaping who where the electrical box and switch had been located. When I asked Jud if he was going to put a plate back over the hole his snide comment was " I don't do drywall, and I told your husband I don't do drywall." Jud went on to say that maybe my husband hadn't understood that part or he had not told me but "he didn't do drywall." The alarm was fixed, and he left our home. A bit later I went I went out into the garage I noticed that a new hole had been cut in the drywall. When we made contact with Jud about the new hole, he said how was I supposed to know that the line was right where I needed to cut?" I again asked the new hole in the drywall and received the same snide answer. The hole that was cut for the new switch is larger the then switch plate; there is now an extra hole in the drywall that he cut to access the wires he cut on the alarm panel and the alarm now randomly goes off. Jud offered to send his technicians to work on our home alarm however we declined due to the lackluster work that was performed the first time.

The associate that came told me what I needed to buy and he came back and installed everything. This individual was very very good. He was very thorough and checked anything extra I asked him to. His name was Kevin White. He completely cleaned up.

Great, electrician was very helpful. Even discovered one of the dead outlets was due to a gfic switch that tripped hidden on the circuit. Didn't charge me for that.

We have used them more than once and very happy with their work. The workers are knowledgeable and efficient.

These guys, especially Josh and Chad, are pros. They handled the installation for Lowe's, from whom I purchased the generator. Very professional, punctual, and high-quality work. Highly recommended. No payment was made to them, as it was made to Lowe's.

Very well. Electrician was very professional and did a nice, neat job of the wiring. The area was cleaned up well when he was done. Price was exactly as estimated.

The electric connection came out and changed out two ceiling fans and about 6 light fixtures. My wife called a week prior to let them know we had a two story light that needed replaced, they didn't bring a ladder for it. The work order even states it in the notes!! The workers left a mess (wires, screws, random parts all over). I have a 16month old and a dog, this should have been cleaned up. Left all lights boxes on the floor. The supervisor is very rude and basically told my wife that's unfortunate and too bad.

He did this work for my mother in law. He found out what was going on. The light hadn't worked for a long time, but now it's fixed! He was very kind and very nice.
