Terry kept me updated when the weather was cooperating and he came in cleaned the deck and the next day the painted the deck. Looks great, no mess, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them again for my painting needs.

They did an excellent job of power washing the back of the house and prepping and staining the deck. The back of the house and the deck look great. I would hire again.

We have a deck that had not been well maintained by previous owners and were not sure whether it could be repaired or needed replacement. We bought a maintenance deal and were pleased with the results. We did need additional carpentry in addition to the services included in the deal but felt the pricing was fair.

It was fine once Cory showed up to do the job

Terry proved to be someone who has exceptional ethics when dealing with clients, Terry had turned a nightmare into a dream. I am disabled and my wife is also and could not do the work that someone had taken advantage of us and stole our money with our deck,BUT Terry had turned this around with such professionalism and treated us with such respect and compassion. Our deck and handicap ramp is our way to the world and Terry sent Cory and Jonathan to our home to finish and complete this job. Cory was such a humble polite and creative hard working worker along with Jonathan who is so quite and shy. Both these gentlemen were Willing to go over every detail to make sure we were happy. Thank you so much Cory and Jonathan and Terry. I would have them work on other things that needed painted again. They even painted the foundation of our house. Cleaned up every night and didn’t leave any messes for us to have to clean up, great job,!

Well, the guys that came out did so without calling first. I wasn't home and they scared my daughter by pounding on the door repeatedly. The owner acted like it was a big deal to call one day ahead of time to let me know when they were going to be there (I travel alot for work). It was a huge hassle, my daughter called the police, my husband had to come home from work,etc. The work they did was very good, very high quality, and actually quite quick. But when I looked at the deck after they had gone, there was a square of deck paint spray on the trex we used for the deck flooring and they did not cover this part of the deck. I am hoping it will fade with time. The entire deck was much larger than the Angie's List special allowed for, so they charged me $1200 more than the special. I thought it was very high, but paid it just to get things finished and we could stop dealing with the hassle. Again, the guys that did the work were great if not a little on their own agenda.........but dealing with the owner was very difficult. He asked me to take pictures, he wouldn't call me ahead of time, it just wasn't very organized or professional.

Fairly well, the fellows came and went quite unannounced to wash one day, and to seal the next, and did a good enough job. There was an issue with one of the paint cans, so I had to go to the store for a replacement. This made the guys stayed on longer than planned, but nevertheless they waited and finished the job.

Terry Betts was very quick to respond and schedule my deck. Rainy weather put his crew behind a little bit but they did a good job of letting me know when they planned to come out and power wash and then apply the stain. The finished deck looks really nice. I'm planning on using them again when the deck needs to be redone.

Everything was done well and with no interruption in my day or energy. A few details were handled as part of the job (some tightening on screws). The deck looked very nice after the job was done.

The Deck Doctor did exactly what they said they would do for the money they said they would do it for. It was done on time and to a good quality standard. You can't really ask for more.

Very well, no problems, deck looks great

I bought a deal through Angie's List and selected 3 dates that we could schedule service and I did not hear from them. They showed up on a random day to power wash the deck and luckily we were home! There seemed to be a mix up as to what house the crew was working on. I think they had someone else scheduled for that day. The crew was surprised that we did not expect them. When it came time for the painting the same thing happened. I also had to remind them to be careful with some of the landscaping around the deck. The work was excellent the communication was not.

They did a great job. Power washed on Wednesday, light sanding and staining on Friday. I purchased 5 gallons of premium stain using their contractors discount for $100 at Home Depot. They took care of the rest including movie large items off the deck. My deck is over 400 sq. ft. So the cost was extra.

Wonderful even with 3 inches of rain in 2 weeks.....scheduled and weather was in our favor.

the sub contractor was outstanding. I was not all that impressed with the owners organization. I had to reach out to him after I prepaid for the service. the people he has working the Columbus market are very good though

Did a very good job. I did ask for an estimate for second bedroom. Have not heard back from provider.
