TALON TITLE

They did a good job. The process was very fast and they seem to be efficient. Very friendly, accommodating, nice and personable.

Talon was nearly double the title fees of what we paid a few months ago on my grandfathers home which was more expensive. Title services were moved from one office (which was close to us) to another because paperwork was not ready. We then had to wait because the title work was not ready even when we got there. They were very nice, but that doesn't matter when money and time are wasted. Because the paperwork wasnt ready for the buyer, we signed everything and they said they would send all paperwork over when complete, this was one done so I had to followup. Again they were apologetic, but I would have been much better served somewhere else. Keep in mind, realtors recommend this place, (I've had two separate realtors recommend Talon) and there has to be some kind of compensation involved because again its much more expensive that other places and not better service either.
