I called for an estimate on 4/18 and fully expected to have to wait for the estimate and then wait again to get the tree trimmed. Ryan showed up the same evening I called. He was able to do an estimate on the way to another job. He had an opening in his schedule the next day and came to trim our tree on the morning of 4/19. He said he would be here around 10am and actually came after 11 am. but the job was done before I returned from an appointment at 1:30 pm. He assessed the overall health of the tree and advised that it did not need to come down. He trimmed only the branches that needed work. He cut up the wood in chunks the right size for a fire-pit, and stacked it neatly in the yard. I was very happy with the job that was done and the ease of scheduling the appointment. I would call him again.
