GARY LOWE (OWNER) PROMPTLY CAME & GAVE DETAILED ESTIMATE. CONDO WAS EMPTY AT TIME OF PAINTING SO GARY WAS ABLE TO PAINT DURING HIS OWN CHOSEN HOURS & THIS WORKED OUT REALLY WELL. PAINTING WAS EVENLY & PROFESSIONALLY APPLIED. PAINTER CLEANED UP VERY NICELY. SOME PREP WORK WAS DONE BY HOMEOWNER & MAY HAVE LOWERED INTERIOR COSTS. EXTERIOR PAINTING OF DECK WAS ALSO DONE PROFESSIONALLY INCLUDING THE COVERING OF THE HOUSE, FLOWERS, & NEIGHBORS FENCE TO PREVENT PAINT TRANSFER DURING APPLICATION. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & REUSE IN THE FUTURE.
