Richard Serio is the owner of the firm. He is a family friend. He showed up when he said he would and did the job when he was supposed to. I am happy with the services. They cleaned up after the work and it was immaculate. He had two men who didn't turn up and the foreman called three instead. I don't have any complaints about them. I had prices from other places that were higher. He had a crew of two on the first day because he was finishing another job elsewhere. He had a crew of eight on the second day and they finished the work by six o'clock in the evening. He also guarantees the work for as long as he lives. It was a 25 year old roof and some shingles had blown off and that is all I want to fix. He advised me to fix it as it might spring a leak.
