Roush is employee owned. I have had good mileage and good service with my vehicle. It was a fair price. If I am going to buy another Honda this is where I will go, hands down.

They have great service and have great product. I bought a car from them and take it back here every single time for service. They are professional, experienced, and know the Honda product. They check tires and some other stuff as well when I bring in for oil change. Sometimes I would get a loaner car if I needed to leave my car, it would take a little longer, but I paid for that service when I bought my car. They are open until midnight, so if you still need an oil change you could go late at night. We have bought a couple used cars from them and two new cars, so they keep me coming back.

They're expensive. Their customer service is good, we're just paying for it. To keep my warranty, yes, I would use them again.

They just have a fine product. Their organization is just so well organized. Their sale staff is very helpful. We were very happy.

It’s still under warranty. It is good work, easy to schedule. Took the car as they said and finished within the time frame of 2 hours that they said. Everything stuck out to me. As a matter of fact, they’ve gone to an online app where you can schedule your appointment and everything online. They’re communications has been pretty good.

I take my car there for regular service all the time. They are great, very customer friendly and quick. I buy my cars there. I've always been treated fair. They've always done good work.

They're very good. I don't have any complaints about their service department; they do a good job. You call or you go online to make an appointment. When they're finished, they talk about what they've done and they go over the paperwork with you.

I had to special order it and wait for it to come in. I test drove other vehicles and decided on this particular model. I had to special order it. I didn't have a trade in and I financed it. It went smoothly. I had a little bit of trouble getting hold of the salesman on one occasion. He told me that a fitted mat I had ordered wouldn't be any charge to put in. Then they did end up charging me. Which was ridiculous because they could have just handed it to me and I could have put it in. I wasn't happy with that but the car did come when they promised it.

That is where I bought the car and they have a really good reputation. They are very accommodating as when you can take your car and get it in and out pretty quick. I left the car but I am sure that it would not have taken over an hour if I had waited on it.

Very good. I had dealt with them before with used cars. That was a long time ago. They changed their service hours so they're open until midnight, and that helps a lot. Well that's true, they are packed, and so for awhile they had another place over, I can't remember where it is, over in Columbus that they would send you for service, but now they've got it all here. As I said, they've opened it up until midnight. It helps a lot. Every once in awhile it is packed, you're right, you have to wait a week or two

Repair was scheduled within in days of diagnosis. Repair was done as promised. Personnel were very professional. I have used this provider for many years. I have found them to be very trustworthy. I have never had a bad experience with their service department.

They did a really good job. A lot of times I get a rental, but this time I waited. It was less than an hour that I had to wait, about 45 minutes. The workers were nice and genuine. They let me know everything that they did and they're good about that.
