Roush Hardware

I have patronized Roush Hardware even before moving to Westerville and numerous times since. I have purchased a Stihl chain saw, Stihl blower, Stihl weed trimmer, Weber grill and even my hot water heater from them. They have quality products at fair prices. The Suncast unit was actually $30 less here than the "more saving. more doing" big-box store price. It always pays to price shop on bigger expenses and some smaller items may be more expensive here(hence the "B" on Price) but the customer service is priceless. After ordering the unit on-line, I received an email when the unit was ready for pick-up and called the store to confirm that it was there. When I went to pick it up, a store employee wheeled it out to my car and we loaded it. When you enter Roush Hardware, you will be greeted and asked if you need any assistance. They also have a Service Counter that repairs screens, cut keys, etc. and also a tool rental. The staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful and you can enjoy free popcorn while you shop! There is a sister store in Dublin so if they don't have it in Westerville, they can have it shipped over from there in addition to special ordering or Do-it Best.com.

They are very good. It is owner operated. Everybody that works there is an owner. They also seem concern with the customer which makes it, I think, a lot better.

Took in 3 screens to Westerville location. Screens were professionally repaired but turn-around time was a bit lengthy (over a week)

They have all the things you can't find anywhere else, even at large home improvement stores. I purchased a gallon of bar and chain oil, on my last visit and they gave me a discount. The staff is always friendly and are there for the customer. They know where everything is.

THEY ARE BY FAR THE MOST HELPFUL HARDWARE PLACE TO GO. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO HELP LEAD YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. THEY TEND TO BE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE BIG BOX HARDWARE STORES, BUT HOW CAN THEY NOT BE. THE ADVICE IS WORTH THE ADDED COST.

IT IS WORTH THE TRIP TO ROUSH'S JUST FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE STORE THEY ASK YOU IF YOU NEED HELP FINDING SOMETHING. THEY JUST DON'T TELL YOU AN AISLE NUMBER, THEY WILL TAKE YOU RIGHT TO THE ITEM. IT IS SO NICE TO GO INTO A STORE WHERE YOU DON'T FEEL LOST OR OVERWHELMED BY THE SIZE. IT MAY NOT BE AS BIG AS A LOWE'S OR HOME DEPOT, BUT ROUSH'S ALWAYS HAS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR.

THERE IS A WONDERFUL WOMAN WHO WORKS AT ROUSH HARDWARE IN WESTERVILLE IN THEIR GIFT SECTION. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW WHAT WE LOOK FOR AND NOW WE GET NOTES WHEN THOSE ITEMS ARE ON SALE OR WHEN NEW MERCHANDISE ARRIVES. SHE IS VERY HELPFUL AND WOULD EVEN SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM IF WE NEEDED. WE HAVE YET TO MEET A ROUSH HARDWARE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS NOT EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN THEY ADVERTISE SOMETHING, THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE SOMETHING IS, THEY TAKE YOU THERE, NOT JUST POINT TO THE LANE.
