Ed, promptly came to our house for a quote. We were happy with the estimate, and decided to hire them. Within a week the came to our house and quickly did the job. Leading up to our house is gravel driveway, then concrete, so there was a gap where they did not lay the gravel becasue of the transition and there was asphalt there; however, when speaking with Ed, we addressed that we wanted the gravel all the way up to the concrete. Within a day, that was complete. Once we were completley satisified, we received the bill. We had a great experience and the final price was cheaper than the inital quote! We definitley recommend RKE Trucking.

Ed and his crew were terrific! He was able to get me on his schedule three days after I first talked to him and we agreed on a price and what would be done. I could not be at my home when they were doing the work but the guys knew exactly what to do. They repaired some deep potholes with a Bobcat, then dumped and spread 20 tons of gravel. After the dump truck unloaded, they used the Bobcat to finish spreading. They did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier.

I was really pleased with them. I ordered 14 pounds of gravel and it showed up exactly when they said it would. They dumped it in 2 or 3 piles for me, so I was really pleased. They came out sometime last spring.

I called initially for 4 trucks of fill dirt to back-fill an in-ground pool. They called me back promptly and set me up for a delivery 2 days later. The dirt arrived when they said it would. I had originally planned to spread the dirt myself, but realized I was in over my head. I called them back later that day and asked if they could send someone out to help finish the job. Brandon came out the next day, leveled the dirt, brought in 4 more truck loads, and did a rough grade for me. Brandon was incredibly professional, the work was excellent, and the cost was far below what others were asking.

Absolutely perfect. RKE knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The job was simple and they did it great. They also provided a quote for a redesign of our driveway route for future consideration.

When I first called it did take a few days to get a hold of them. It took about one week to come to my home to give the estimate. After we accepted the job, we had the gravel delivered in about a week.

My driveway had not been graded or gravel replaced in over 8 years. Boy did it need it! I found RKE Trucking on Angie's List, saw that he would do work in Morrow County. Called and left a message for an estimate for grading and replacing gravel in my driveway approximately 600 feet. They returned my call and Mr. Deim stopped by on his way home to look at the driveway and called within the next couple of days with an estimate. I OKed the price and they were here the next day on time and I had a new driveway within 2 hours. They did a very nice job and the price was lower than the estimate which was a plus too.

Good Experience. Called and made the request for a quote. Ed called me back in about 1 week. He offered some suggestions based on my desires/needs and had a delivery scheduled for about 2 business days later. I did receive a call the night before to confirm delivery time. Paid with phone CC authorization. The whole process was quick and simple.

We had a great experience! The delivery was made on time with the day we requested. The driver was very gracious. The ComTil was very dirty and we felt bad for the driver, as he was covered in smelly dirt. We switched to Topsoil for the next load, which wasn't as smelly or dirty.

Our experience was awesome! It was great to find an owner that was down to Earth and willing to help at a reasonable cost. Ed came when promised to give us an estimate and the project was completed during our time frame. We were even surprised that the project could be completed in one full day. We would hire RKE again in a heart beat! After living in Columbus for 5 years, we were so pleased to FINALLY find a company with the morals and dedication that we grew up with in NEO. We will hire them back in the future for other projects.

They did a great job. Ed was always available and helpful. I had just bought the house and didn't know much about the task, so I had to depend on him to make the proper decisions knowing what I wanted as the final product. He worked to find a solution that would look good and be cost effective.

It was great. Very professional and timely. Laid gravel well. Even neighbor commented on how well it looked.

Ed came out and gave us an estimate for 10 yards of processed topsoil. Even though we have a pretty good size fence around our yard, the driver was able to sling the topsoil very accurately - preventing us from having to move a lot of the soil around by hand. Overall, the whole process went very smoothly.

Can I give an A+?! I called to get a quote and Ed came out when he said he would and gave me a great price for the work. Originally, we only called for the hauling and grading but wound up getting such a great price on the gravel and sand that we had them do that, too! The guys who came out to the house were amazing; professional, extremely polite, really good at their jobs, easy to work with and responsive to my requests. They worked for about 6 hours, dug a 27x14' hole to the exact depth that we requested, dug out a large pathway on the side of the house, moved pallets of patio pavers around to the back of the house from the driveway, hauled away all the debris, they placed the gravel and sand on two tarps for us exactly where we requested and finally graded two areas that we needed built up using the fill they pulled from the other areas of the yard. We have already hired them to come back. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The initial service was wonderful. When I called to schedule, the person was friendly and helpful. We asked that they dump the mulch on the left side of the driveway while we were at work so we could get one car in and out of the garage. When we got home, the mulch was on the left side and half of the right side. I was also a little disappointed in the color. It was a really dark brown that looked almost black. I called the company regarding the placement of the mulch and was told the owner would call me back. I never received a call back.

I was very impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of this company. During the first call, they explained how to determine how much mulch I needed. When I called back, they explained the various options, pricing, etc., and scheduled a delivery. The mulch arrived a day earlier than promised which allowed us to get a jump on spreading it. I've ordered mulch from another competitor in the past; this time around I bought twice as much mulch and paid less than with the other guys.

RKE delivered the mulch on time and in the right location in my yard. A veteran of dump truck deliveries, I noticed (OK, even my wife noticed) right away that it didn't look like six yards. I measured it out and came up with 4 yards. I called Ed Diem and he agreed to deliver the two remaining yards the next business day. These kind of errors can apparently happen at the loading site. I liked the fact that he never questioned my measurements or asked for photos or gave me any static whatsoever. A very positive experience.

Ed was very knowledgeable and truly knew his business. The very next day, Rke showed up, leveled out some areas, re-graded other spots, and spread the driveway gravel. The men were very tidy and professional. I had a great experience with this company, and we will be using them again in the spring for several other projects (including some landscaping and topsoil).

Returned my call promptly and scheduled it for a "rain-free" day so that they could do a good job. They called me when they were on their way and did a follow-up call the next day. The driveway looks great and they did what I asked them to do. In fact it makes my home look more manicured. They were pleasant, friendly while at the same time professional. I would definitely use this company again perhaps for mulching my flower beds.

Jamie and Ed did a great job although there was a little bit of a breakdown about how much soil was going to be needed. We were on a budget and were only able to pay what was originally estimated. They were originally going to try to be under budget but with the extra soil that was needed it ended up being right at the original estimate. Overall a good experience and we will definitely use them again if ever a need for soil and mulch arises.
