It went very well. Mr. Ritchie was obviously very knowledgeable about pianos and how to tune them, even those that haven't seen service in years, like our piano. :) He spent a long time trying to bring it up to pitch as much as he could. He explained what he was doing and what else we need to consider doing to get and keep the piano useable for my daughter to continue her lessons. He was very friendly, arrived promptly on time and the piano sounds wonderful.
We will definitely continue to use Ritchie Piano Service for tuning and piano repair.

It took about a week to get him here. He showed up on time and it took about an hour and a half to tune the piano.
