They seemed professional. Scheduled a time to come out and fix the issue and then never showed up nor called.

ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR AN ESTIMATE. EVEN WHILE THE PLUMBER WAS INSTALLING THE PART HE COULDNT/WOULDNT TELL THE MEMBER HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST. WHEN MEMBER GOT THE BILL THE PART WAS $237.50. MEMBER SPOKE TO RAY ABOUT THE CHARGE SAYING THAT SHE FELT THE CHARGE WAS EXCESSIVE, ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE HAD ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND HAD NEVER BEEN PROVIDED ONE. RAY SAID HE WOULD WRITE OFF THE COST OF THE PART BUT THEN CHANGED HIS MIND AND THREATENED TO FILE A MECHANICS LIEN.
