It was a standard commission. They were very good and they sold my house very quickly. I had it listed with another builder for over a year and I switched to this one and they sold it in a few weeks. They had specialists in the office for each aspect that is on my house so I felt that was great. They had someone who did negotiations with, someone who did staging and then they had other specialists too. The price was good. I was very happy.

We first used John in 2007 to sell an investment property. When it came time to sell our home of 11 years and look for a new one we turned to John and no one else. John and his team worked for over a year to find the right home for our family and sold our current home in 21 days in an awful market. John knows how to price a home correctly, attract buyers and work with the other agents to sell the home.
