About us

It is our goal to provide people with the best of service and care during the process of selling and purchasing their home. Our office consist of 3 people with the primary agent being Maggie Chudik. Carol Bell a secondary licensed agent who helps Maggie in providing the best of service and Kelly Halverson who continues to be sure all documentation accurate and the processing of each property goes smoothly. This is a great team of three! Additional DBAs - HER Realtors, Real Living Real Living HER Residential Property Management.

It was more like the home buyer's warranty that came with it. We were not very happy. When you have something wrong, you submit a request and then they tell you the contractor you're going to use. The contractor's in particular were just terrible. One example, is one of our toilets wasn't flushing well and they took a look at it and said we had hard water after just looking at one toilet. He told me to use some CLR and left. They could've told me that over the phone instead of coming out and charging the $60 service charge. I have since cancelled them. I don't use them at all anymore. I replaced one toilet by myself for $250 and now it works great. I'm in the process of replacing all of them. I feel like the Real Living home warranty should've covered. I think they're kind of useless.
