Sharon did an amazing job.  She showed us things that we never would have thought of to make the house as ready as possible for the sale.  She was thorough, answered all of our questions and was kind enough to come back for a few minutes to help us pick a carpet color that she thought would be best for the situation.  She is an absolute professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about selling your home.

sSharon Wong does a fabulous job helping my sellers prepare their homes for market. She provides inexpensive ideas to make the home really "Pop" for buyers. She also provides a punch out list of items for sellers to repair. Staging helps the homes sell quickly and for more money. I happily recommend Ready Set Sell.

She was able to come the day after Thanksgiving on short notice.  She was extremely professional, organized and personable. She took the fear out of staging our home.  Her suggestions were reasonable.  With one of her suggestions we immediately removed a  piece of furniture from our   We removed other things as soon as she left that took away from the appearance of our home.   We saw our house through different eyes.  Some things we were aware of and others we did not know.  Her suggestions gave us a practical plan to work with.  She left here suggestions in an easy to follow room by room assessment.
Within a week, we have assessed the cost of replacing lighting and plumbing fixtures and carpeting for a couple rooms.  We visited one of her referrals and they offered us a discount for their services when they found out that she referred us. Within 15 minutes we had the samples of what we needed along with an appointment for  the next week! 
We are excited about the process, because we have a thorough plan, a reasonable outlay of money, manageable expectations, a room by room assessment, joint agreement with the suggestions and the confidence that it can be done.   We plan to call her again as soon as we complete our customized plan.

Our realtor uses Sharon to help stage her clients' houses prior to listing.  So, in full disclosure, we didn't actually pay for the consultation, but after having used her and hearing what she would normally charge, we would definitely do so in the future.  Sharon was flexible with scheduling, came on fairly short notice, was very professional and organized and she really does know her staging stuff.  She made really good suggestions, wrote everything down so we could refer back to it when we were actually ready to list, and didn't ask us to do a bunch of silly stuff.  And, we had our house on the market 2 years ago and had no offers after 4 months.  This time, we had multiple offers in less than 3 weeks.  I know there are a lot of variables at play when selling a house, but I can't help but think Sharon's staging played a big role.  We received a lot of favorable feedback about how the house showed, too.

Sharon was very personable. She did the walk-through on very short notice. Some things were difficult to buy into such as removing well thought out decorating and wallpaper, returning rooms to a lighter neutral color and removing personal items such a family pictures. But after doing further research, we decided we needed to do some work before putting our home on the market. We have just about finished the list. It took longer than anticipated. We ended up doing even a few more things than we initially thought we would. We have seen some nice homes near us that have been on the market for nearly a year. We have not taken the leap yet but we are banking on this extra effort in preparing the house leads to a quicker sale. We'll let you know.

SHE WAS JUST A DELIGHTFUL LADY WITH SUGGESTIONS THAT WERE ECONOMICAL TO MY DAUGHTER. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING THE CHANGES WITH THE FURNITURE THAT SHE ALREADY HAD. SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND DID NOT RUSH THE PROCESS.

OUR HOUSE SOLD WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER PUTTING IT BACK ON THE MARKET. WE HAD IMPLEMENTED ALMOST ALL OF SHARON''S SUGGESTIONS. WORTH EVERY PENNY WE PAID AND MORE.

SHE GIVES GREAT TIPS ON HOW TO GET YOUR HOME SOLD FASTER. SHE WAS AN IMMEDIATE HIT WITH MY CUSTOMERS. SHE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND WELL PREPARED. SHE ALWAYS LEAVES THE CUSTOMER VERY WELL SATISFIED.
