Initially the seemed to have done a fair job after I asked them to put more drain in beyond the initial drains they installed. One portion of the yard was still pretty wet but they said it was because the ground was so saturated and should get better next year.
Overall the grade of the yard was very poor after they were done, lots of bumps and hills instead of a nice smooth grade. The part I am most unhappy with is the junk rye grass the seeded my lawn with after the drains were put in. This stuff grew and it died. My lawn guy confirmed it was annual rye and I had to have it reseeded.
Fast forward to this fall, approximately one year after installation, one of the french drains is pushing up out of the ground. It looks like it has come uncoupled from the main french drain. I dig it up to reattach it and find it wasn't even tied in. They simply cut a hole in the existing french tile and laid this piece next to it. The hole is now full of rocks and I have to clean it out since no water is getting through now.
I paid these guys I lot of money and they did a p*** poor job, nothing I would consider "professional" at all. I'd be surprised if they are still in business.
