+ -1 moreWe have issues with the floor because there are cracks in them. Quandel basically said there is nothing they can do and that we have to live with the cracks. The materials they used to design the luxury suites were defective. We have asked them numerous times to take care of these issues for us which they have not done. Everyone knows that there are problems, but no one wants to take responsibility. The correct material to build the x-ray room was not placed in there. Surgical lights were to be reused from the old building and put in the new one. Quandel had their company move them without telling me that it was not included in the original estimate. I didn't give them permission to do that, then I was billed and told that I would have to pay it for it. I would definitely not recommend them.
Description of Work: They built a 15000 square foot veterinary facility.
