Scheduling was quick and easy; pricing was very competitive; the appraiser was professional.

Thousands of people in Franklin County were getting appraisals done in September 2017 to challenge the County's new property valuations. Porter and Peck were really busy too, but Chris Lee squeezed me in and completed a high quality appraisal right on time as promised.

Appraiser did an amazingly thorough job. Of three appraisers, her visit was twice as long as the other two (noting, photographing, etc.) and she actually called the real estate agents of the comps she used for the appraisal. Clear report. Highly recommend.
