I returned to the store and asked to return the glove and get a refund. They told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer of the glove, and would not return my money. They only provided me with a name and phone number. They told me that the owner of the shop was out of town, and they couldn't make the decision to return my money.
I think they should refund me, and deal with the manufacturer themselves.
I will say that our purchase experience was good, but when it came time to return the glove it became very frustrating.
As I have other children who need sports equipment, and I have the potential to become a regular customer, I did not think this was a good business-like approach to handling this situation.
