IT WAS STARTED IN NOVEMBER OF 2003 AND WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN MAY OF 2004. IT'S NOT WEATHERED IN. IT'S MAYBE 40% COMPLETED. WE'VE PAID THEM OVER $50,000. WE TERMINATED THE CONTRACT. WE ASKED FOR COMPLETE ACCOUNTING WITH RECEIPTS, BECAUSE WE FOUND OUT HE'S NOT BEEN PAYING HIS SUBS, BUT WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THAT. THIS HAS BEEN A HUGE MESS, AND WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM! THEY RE-HUNG THE GARAGE DOOR UPSIDE DOWN, SO I HAD TO PAY TO GET THAT FIXED. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING DONE RIGHT. HE SAID HE WAS LICENSED, BUT HE IS NOT!
Description of Work: THEY WERE HIRED TO DO A $200,000, 4-ROOM ADDITION.

WAS SUPPOSED TO REFINISH BASEMENT AND DO WORK IN KITCHEN. DIDN?T FINISH THE JOB, WOULDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR 5 MONTHS. WANTS OTHER MEMBERS TO BE WARNED.
