I HAD TO CALL HIM BACK WHEN I DISCOVERED THE VENT LOUVERS WERE NOT MOVING SMOOTHLY AFTER THE FIX; HE RESPONDED QUICKLY AND APOLOGETICALLY AND MADE THE ADJUSTMENT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN.
