They were extremely professional. Completed the work in the quoted time frame and did an excellent job. I will certainly use them again.

They did a good job. I would recommend them to other members also for small jobs. I would use their service in the future too.

The job went excellent. They got the job done, their was no mess, it was exactly the color I wanted, and I would certainly have them come back again. He's a family man and he's very active in boy scouts.

He was very reasonably priced and neat. He didn't leave paint splashes around. Very good service, I was pleased.

Took a bit longer than anticipated, due to weather (got very hot and sunny, then we had rain for weeks).

Difficulty scheduling work, we had to contact him several times. No contact from anyone the day before or the date to start. A worker unknown to us came and did not know what job he was to do. Brought in tools and drop cloth. He did not use cloth even after telling him to. Paint and paste from wall paper was on carpet and items in center of room. Tracked wallpaper up and down hall, dumped buckets in bathtub so I had to clean up after him. He was only going to patch small holes leaving large rough areas and would have painted over them. The job took longer than scheduled. Got paint on ceiling in rooms and wood strip around windows and flooring. Left a paint can on a dresser with out protecting the surface. We were never told someone else was doing the work. I had to have carpet cleaned and wash down all would trip and shelving. I told Mr. Noel and suggested he look at the problem. Also told him he would be paying for carpet cleaning. Some areas never came clean. He was too busy.

Excellent as always. Bill's work is highly professional and timely.

Bill was always prompt and very professional and knowledgeable about the work. I was extremely impressed with his skill and neatness. There was no need to cleanup spills and paint specks when he was finished. I plan to use his services whenever I need to have painting done.

This is the 2nd time we have used Bill and he does more than a superb job. I highly recommend his services. We are new members to Angie's List and we wanted to make certain he got recognized.

VERY PROMPT, HELPFUL, AND REASONABLY PRICED. MADE TIME TO REPAIR ROTTED WOOD THEY FOUND.

THE OWNER AND 1 ASSISTANT DID JOB. THE OWNER WATCHES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS DONE RIGHT. GOOD PEOPLE.

MR. NOEL, AND HIS WORKER, POWER WASHED, PRIMED BARE WOOD, AND MATCHED THE EXISTING COLOR. THEY SHOWED UP, AND COMPLETED, WITHIN THE TIME QUOTED. FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

WE HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST. HE WAS TIMELY, HE GOT THE JOB DONE BEFORE HE THOUGHT HE COULD. GREAT JOB AND VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE.

BILL NOEL WAS THE GUY WE DEALT WITH. VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID OUR WORK WHILE WE WERE AWAY ON VACATION. THE WORK MET ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS AND WAS VERY WELL DONE. WE BELIEVE THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE, AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

WE HAD PAINT ON THE WOODWORK, IN THE CARPET AND IT SEEMED LIKE THEY UNDERESTIMATED THE TIME THE JOB SHOULD TAKE, SO IT WAS VERY RUSHED. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

BILL AND JOHN WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOPPY AND MADE ME NERVOUS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COVER THE WHOLE AREA THEY WERE WORKING IN. THERE WERE A FEW PAINT DRIPS ON THE FLOOR AND SOME ON THE TABLE. THEY ALL CAME UP, BUT I DON'T FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE AT ALL. I ALSO HAD TO POINT OUT AREAS THAT NEEDED TOUCHED UP. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW IT ALL LOOKS, I JUST WISH THEY HAD BEEN A LITTLE MORE DETAIL ORIENTED.

HE WAS PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS AND RELIABLE.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF PAINTING OUR HOME AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR FURNITURE AND COVERED EVERYTHING UP WITH CLOTHS. THEY RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT WORK.

WAS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY, BUT QUALITY OF WORK WAS A LITTLE SUSPECT. KITCHEN WALLS NOT PREPARED PROPERLY, SO UNEVEN APPEARANCE RESULTED. CLEANUP WAS FAIR. LOTS OF PAINT SPECKS LEFT ON WALLPAPER. PROBABLY WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

WHEN MR. NOEL REALIZED THAT 2 COATS OF PAINT WOULDN'T BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE WALLS, HE PUT ON A THIRD COAT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH NOEL'S QUALITY WORK AND PRICE. MR. NOEL HAS A VERY PERSONAL YET PROFESSIONAL STYLE. WE APPRECIATED HIS FLEXIBILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH US, EVEN WHEN WE WERE UNSURE OF WHAT WE NEEDED AND WANTED. HE WAS PROMPT, RESPONSIVE AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES. HE CERTAINLY HAS OUR FUTURE PAINTING BUSINESS!

THEY WERE CLEAN, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. MR. NOEL TALKED ABOUT THE SERVICE AHEAD OF TIME. WHEN THEY FINISHED, WE FOUND NO SPOTS, AND HE SAID IF I FOUND ANYTHING, THEY WOULD COME BACK AND FIX IT. HE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY QUESTIONS, HE WAS A REAL NICE PERSON.
