+ -1 moreIt went poorly. His only solution was to give me a below market value for my broken phone so he could fix it and sell it for a profit. I declined. My only recourse was small claims court. I didn't have time to go this route, so I dropped it. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: I sent my iphone in for an cracked glass repair. When the cost was too high, I asked them to send it back. When I got it back they had broken the digitizer and LCD. They sent the phone back with the power on, because they couldn't turn it off. I couldn't believe when I pulled it out of the envelope that the power was on.

+ 0 moreOverall, the experience was horrible. I sent in my Ipod via registered mail. They were then supposed to make a diagnosis within a few days and provide and estimate. They stalled and stalled, and for several weeks never acknowledged that they even received my Ipod (even though I did receive a mail receipt confirmation). Finally when they contacted me, they told me they’d get back with me but never did. I haven’t received my I-pod back. I reported this company to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in October of 2009.
Description of Work: They were supposed to take my Ipod and either repair it or pay me $20 if I decided not to have the repairs done.

+ -1 moreIt has been a month and a half now, and I still haven't received my iPod. They don't return any calls or emails, everything is automated. As far as I can tell, it is NOT a real business.
Description of Work: I sent my iPod to them to repair.
