not good. got in in a weak moment. Charges you for everything. Even hauling carpet away when Westerville does it for you!

They were polite and explained their services. I feel they sold me more services than I needed. They said I needed to have the carpet removed which they did. They put fans in to dry the floor. I feel the carpet could have been dried instead of removed. I do not feel I got my moneys worth.
