Description of Work: Carolyn refinanced my mortgage and helped me save approximately $300 a month! I was on an adjustable rate loan, and Carolyn helped me get a fantastic fixed rate!

Description of Work: Carolyn has been exceptionally helpful in the refinance of my home. She walked me through each step, making sure I was well educated on each part of the process. Since the refinance she has been exceptionally helpful whenever I have questions about my mortgage or future financial plans. We had several unexpected problems due to the sellers while we were in the process of purchasing our home, however, Caroline remained flexible and worked extremely hard to meet our goals.
