NEGATIVE REPORT - INSTALLERS VERY CARELESS WITH WOOD TRIM. BROKE THE TOILET CASUING A SLOW LEAK. THEY FIXED THEIR MISTAKES. OWNER HAVING A HARD TIME KEEPING GOOD HELP.

TOOK OFF WORK ONLY TO FIND OUT NOT ALL OF THE TILE AVAILABLE, BUT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME ANYWAY--NEVER SHOWED. MEMBER CALLED BACK & PROBLEMS CONTINUED. WORK FINISHED WEEKS LATER--WORKMANIP FINE.
