LeRoy required a $1500 deposit for materials which is understandable. After signing a contract and scheduling a date for service, the excuses began to compile delaying the project week after week. As we neared winter, he ultimately decided to refund us. I tried to cash the refund check but it bounced. He took our money, ran and we haven't heard from him since.
