+ -1 moreOne should note that I am aware that now is a really bad time to have a home on the market. Kim is a great buyer's agent, I just don't think she does as well as a seller's agent. She took us to see a ton of homes and did not pressure us to buy, at all. At the time, Century 21 didn't advertise on realtor.com, which I used a bunch in looking for a home. I believe they are now using that site. As for a seller's agent, I just don't think Kim was as active as I expected. We only had 2-3 open houses in our 8 month contract. We would have liked to have had much more information on comps in our neighborhood, the realistic price we should have listed, etc. I just thought we could have had much more communication.
