+ -1 moreFrom beginning to end, Randy was on site. He subs out electrical and plumbing, but to skilled people he has known for some time. He enjoyed the transformation of a drab concrete block walled basement to a Buckeye man cave. I've had several past jobs done by Randy, and the work has consistently exceeded expectations. He's honest, great to work with, and his rates are more than fair. I highly recommend Randy Kelly (aka Kelmar Homes).
Description of Work: This was a complete basement remodel that included framing, drywall, dropped ceiling, installation of several doors and a utility sink, lighting, and flooring.

+ 0 moreRandy was excellent to work with from beginning to end of the project. He and his small crew were timely, polite, and did very high quality work. Randy is a hands-on contractor, not one who simply drops off his crew at the start of the work day. We have used him for a basement remodel and found then also that he does excellent work and for a very fair price.
Description of Work: Replaced and caulked cedar siding on much of our two story home.

+ -1 moreRANDY KELLEY DOES NEARLY ALL THE WORK WITH JUST A SINGLE PARTNER. UNLIKE OTHER CONTRACTORS, HE SUBS OUT VERY LITTLE WORK. HIS FRAMING, DRYWALLING, HANGING BEAD BOARD, AND FINISH WORK WERE ALL EXCELLENT. VERY NEAT AND HONEST. HE WAS WILLING TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN OUR BASEMENT, UNLIKE SOME OTHER COMPANIES.
Description of Work: BASEMENT FINISHING, INCLUDED DRYWALLED CEILING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, AND INSTALLING BEAD BOARD WALL MATERIAL.
