They were very good. There's a lot of people that saw the house. Their job was to get people in to see the house, that was what we were hoping for. The fact that we didn't sell doesn't mean they weren't doing very good. They did a great job and the price they quoted us was very good.

Kathy helped me find my current home in 2009, sold my sister's condo in 2012, and so when I wanted to buy another home now (2013) I let her know. She is extremely knowledgeable and immediately responsive to any email, call or requests for showings. She knows the Columbus real estate market well and is very honest, professional and direct. Kathy lets me look at homes without following me around or interjecting herself. And then, after I've seen the property and come to my own opinions, Kathy points out things I may have missed, tells me which neighborhood is more desirable, which features would be good for resale, or which builder is known for better quality, etc. I had a house in contract in August and the seller decided not to go ahead with the deal a few days before closing so Kathy had done a lot of work for no pay but she had a great attitude about the situation. Now, two months later, we've found another house and everything is running smoothly. Kathy is excellent on follow-up with inspections, repairs, title company, communications with the other realtor, arranging to let me into properties, and advising about anything I question.

They have been doing a really good job. I cannot believe how many times they have shown the house. I purchased a condo and it is a very beautiful condo but you have to have specific needs to want to move in that kind of situation. We have been looking for another house so they dropped their normal commission by a point on selling it because they expect that they are going to have two sales. So, they lowered it. Their agents seem to be pretty good about listening to what our needs were and understanding that. They did a great job of sharing the listing with people because like I said, we have had a lot of showings which has never happened to me before with a real estate agent so I do not know what she did. But somehow, it meant as though the housing market is suddenly coming alive again and everybody is looking. I was part of that and then all of the factors of the specific agency. But in all the times I have sold houses, I have never had anybody shown the house as many times as they have. They have been very good. Their price is excellent but I am not sure that that is always going to be the case for anybody else who uses them. I think it is good that they are willing to negotiate.

Kathy is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. She sold my condo for a fair price in reasonable time in an otherwise depressed market. She provided constant, valuable feedback on our status. She went the extra mile to make the transaction successful even though there was a serious language barrier. She was expert at getting past the snags that came up during negotiations. Her integrity and honesty are unquestionably a top priority for her. She provided a discount on realtor fees since I had purchased a home from her in the recent past. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional quality real estate agent.

It was a positive experience. She was thorough. She had a good presentation and good information. She seemed to know her work well with good experienced.

From the very first call, Kathy was very responsive and always called back in a timely manner, if she was not able to answer the call. I appreciated how easy it was to get a hold of her, especially during the more stressful times of negotiating. She is very knowledgeable and gives honest advice and counsel. Kathy is very trustworthy, which is sometimes hard to find in a realtor. We had a situation happen while in contract and Kathy knew how to solve it and pointed us to the right people that could fix the problem. I don't know what we would have done without her. I would highly recommend Kathy. I would never use anyone else. We are now proud home owners!

Kathy was very professional, had excellent communication, and was knowledgeable about homes in the Columbus metro area. She never pressured us and gave us as much time as we needed to look at houses. When we changed our minds about what we were looking for, Kathy didn't miss a beat. She adjusted the search criteria and didn't seem put out at all. The two most impressive characteristics Kathy exhibited were her amazing knowledge of home construction, builders, building codes, and floor plans and her ability to take the emotion out of home buying. We are new to the area and didn't know much about homes in the area. We got quite an education with Kathy. She did a great job of educating us about different builders and codes in the various counties. We could tell she had a great deal of experience, because she could walk into a house and tell us the builder, the upgrades that had been done since the house was built, and she could even name about half of the floor plans. On the 10 year old house we eventually bought, she contacted the builder to get additional information. Kathy also helped us take a lot of the emotion out of buying a house and helped us see it as an important business decision. When we were going back an forth with the seller about price, she advised to 'sleep on' our decision, even though could have cost her commission. When we were offered cash at closing to make repairs, Kathy independently scheduled a contractor to look at the damage to be sure that the cash the sellers were offering would cover the repairs. We highly recommend Kathy Cheiro to anyone in the Columbus are who is buying a home. We were consistently impressed with the level of knowledge and service she had to offer.

Kathy is a fantastic realtor. Every house she showed me was within the price range I requested, had features I'd asked for and was within the geographical boundaries I'd set. She arranged for me to get an immediate e-mail every time a home within my parameters came on the market and was extremely available to go show me each house I wanted to view. The house I bought was actually the 5th one I liked and the lowest priced one I looked at. Each time I considered a home she did a very detailed market analysis of other sales in the neighborhood and discussed prices. Some of the sellers were way above the market for their area and Kathy was honest in telling me I'd be overpaying at those prices. She followed up with each listing realtor with input, information on why the house was on the market, how much the seller owed on their loan, when they bought it, age of mechanicals, etc. The home inspector she recommended did a detailed job and spent 3 hours going over the house. She has been very helpful in the contract period in working things out with a seller who was having trouble meeting the moving date. I would definitely use Kathy again.
