All employees were professional. Called before coming to house, gave accurate estimates, finished work in timely manner, left work site in good condition. Will call them to check my septic system on an annual basis or if I have more problems.

I called because our septic tank had failed a county inspection. I spoke with Juanita and explained the constant issues we were having since purchasing the house in 2014. She was soo understanding and helpful (and funny!). They were booked that day so we scheduled for the following day. The crew finished up early the day I called and Kenny asked if it was okay if they stopped by. I said Absolutely!! They arrived around 30 minutes later and took the time to educate us on our equipment and proper maintenance requirements. They took extra time to explain how to find our leach fields and warned us about a tree that could possibly do some serious damage to them (and they were very right!). These are genuinely GOOD PEOPLE who really are looking out for your best interest and are willing to take all the time needed to help you. I can't say enough great things about them. So happy to have found them on Angie's List. Highly recommend.

We noticed things weren't draining well and hadn't had our septic tank cleaned out in 4 years. Judge and Kenny were both very helpful in getting it cleaned out on a Saturday morning. There was a Saturday overtime charge but that was expected. Their rates are right at national average.

Called for regular pumping maintenance as a first-time customer. They were able to fit us in same day. Driver called on his way enroute. They were on time and answered all of my questions. Workers professional and polite. Very helpful in explaining our system as he saw it and suggested contacting the BOH for our system records.

They came when they said they would come. They clean up after themselves. They do excellent work. I've used them for years. They are very reliable.

My aeration pump had broke and it was time for the tank to be cleaned. I tried this company as they had worked on it before for the previous home owner. All I can say is that I'm very dissapointed in the service I got. The earliest appointment I could get was 2 weeks. Then a day before they were supposed to come out they rescheduled for a week later. When they did show, they were on-time and the technician, Tim, was friendly enough. He cleaned the tank and removed the broken pump. He promised to call back within 2 days with a quote on new pump. Four weeks later I'm still trying to speak of Tim, nevermind get a new pump. I've left multiple messages that were not been returned. I've no more patience with this company so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They had a chance to win a new customer and blew it.

I left a message on the weekend requesting service. Judy Davis (I think) call on Monday was very helpful in scheduling a tank cleaning. The driver/operator was also very friendly and helpful.

THEY COMPLETELY MISSED OUR APPOINTMENT AND WERE A WHOLE DAY LATE...NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT WHEN YOU HAVE DRAINS BACKING UP. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB ONCE HE ARRIVED, AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 1/2 HOUR TO UNCLOG THE DRAIN AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. I THOUGHT HE WAS HONEST AND HELPFUL, THOUGH I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY COMPLETELY MISSED OUR APPOINTMENT AND I FELT THEY WERE A BIT HIGH ON PRICE.

TIM, OUR TECHNICIAN, WAS THE BEST! HE WAS EFFICIENT, LOCATED THE PROBLEM WITHIN MINUTES, CORRECTED THE PROBLEM EASILY, AND EVEN REPLACED A BURNT OUT LIGHT IN OUR CLOSET & TIED UP SOME LOOSE WIRES WITH A PLASTIC TIE AS A COURTESY, AND TO MAKE IT EASIER TO NAVIGATE THE AREA WHERE HE WAS WORKING! THEY ARE THE BEST AND VERY CONVENIENT TO OUR HOME. I PLACED A CALL FOR HELP, AND TIM WAS HERE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR ALL THE WORK HE DID, AND HE WAS VERY QUICK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WILL CALL ALL AMERICAN WHEN WE NEED FUTURE SERVICE!

THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT; GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

I CALLED THEM TO CHECK THE SEPTIC TANK BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS SATURATED WITH RAIN WATER. THEY SUGGESTED THAT THE LINE TO THE HOUSE WAS CLOGGED AND THEY WERE CORRECT. VERY, VERY, DEPENDABLE ON EVERY SCORE.

GOOD PEOPLE. WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST.
