+ -1 moreI BOUGHT A HOME IN OCTOBER 2004. JRC SERVICES HAD PUT A NEW ROOF ON THE HOME IN APRIL 2004. WHEN MY ROOF BEGAN LEAKING IN DECEMBER 2004, I CONTACTED JRC SERVICES. I SPOKE WITH ONE PERSON WHO TOLD ME THAT IT WAS ''PERFECTLY NORMAL'' TO HAVE WATER GUSHING INTO MY HOME. I LEFT 6 MORE PHONE MESSAGES IN HOPES OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, BUT JRC SERVICES WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS. WHEN I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, JRC SERVICES REPEATEDLY GAVE FALSE AND CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION, AND THEY EVEN CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN TO MY HOME. THEY WERE NEVER AT MY HOME, NOR CAN THEY PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE OF VISITING MY HOME. WHATEVER YOU DO, NEVER USE THIS ORGANIZATION.
Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. JRC SERVICES WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.
