All communication was done by email. I never got to talk to a person. (my mistake) The estimate that was presented was for sealing the driveway, at a 54% increase from 4 years ago, not including crack repair, which was done at an additional charge. Included in the quote document was the pricing per foot to repair cracks if desired. Since I never talked to anyone I never got the chance to discuss crack repair, which was my main concern. I was never contacted about the cracks. The driveway was sealed on the date and time promised, and the sealing work was done well. But the cracks were never quoted or repaired. When I emailed the company asking why I was never given the chance to have the cracks repaired I was told that they do not repair cracks anymore. Crack repair is listed in the quote, as though they do provide that service. And they never informed me that the actually did not provide that service any more. So I have been out there on my knees filling cracks, with a driveway that looks like **** because I am adding crack filler after the driveway has been sealed instead of before. So NO I would not hire them again. And No I am not satisfied.

I am so glad I found Jet Seal to re-seal my driveway. Ted was very friendly and polite and informative about the service provided. The crew came out the same scheduled. They were very cautious working around my stone retaining wall that I had recently upgraded. Driveway looks fabulous. Wish there were more businesses and owners as professional as Ted and Jet Seal.

After dealing with other seal coaters, I can't say enough good about Jet Seal and Ted. They're very prompt and professional and Ted takes pains to answer any questions you might have before starting. They actually answer the phone and actually return calls if they happen to be out when you call. Ted sends the quote by email and promptly responds to emails if you email him back. They have a very efficient quote process which saves Ted a ton of time so you get your quote quite promptly. The guys that came out worked very efficiently but carefully. They didn't get any coating on concrete areas that butt up to the drive or on the grass. I had one very small issue with the crack sealing process but Ted handled it immediately and very professionally. The overall price was a bit higher than the last guy that did our drive but was well worth it. Hire them! You won't regret it.

Great! Everyone was very professional, from the schedulers and the owner to the workers. Great company! We have a very long driveway that has a shared entrance with our neighbor. They wanted their driveway sealed as well, so they coordinated both driveways to be done together.

Jet-Seal responded very quickly and scheduled the work quickly as well. The sealant was thoroughly applied with very little mess. I was extremely happy with the job. Later in the year when a few spots on the driveway needed to be touched up they immediately came out and fixed the issues. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company.

First time using Jet Seal and would definitely use again. The whole process went great. They were able to give me a quote after I emailed them a picture of the driveway. Ted was prompt in responding to emails and in completing the estimates. The job needed rescheduled several times due to weather. The office was always prompt in calling to let me know what was going on and in rescheduling. The crew did great sealing the driveway, arriving on time and leaving the area clean. Thank.

A small company with customer service! We've been trying to get the job scheduled since mid-May and things kept getting in the way. We had to cancel because of other workmen who needed driveway access. Weather rained us out. They scheduled us for Tuesday but again we had workmen in the garage. Through a mutual mixup they showed up anyway. It was not a problem for JetSeal and they worked us in Wednesday even though they were booked full. Kudos!!

I was so impressed by this company. I liked their website, the amount of information that they offered on their services was amazing. I requested an estimate, which came in less than I was expecting. Finally, when the work was done, I was very happy with the results. I had hired other companies who had gotten black sealant on the side of my house. Not Jet-Seal...everything looked neat and well-done.

It went fine. I didn't really talk to them. I told them I needed my driveway resealed. They came out and looked at it and sent me an estimate. I said sure, go ahead and get it done, I'll pay you when it's done. I didn't really interact with them. They were responsive and got the job done when they said they said it was, and I paid them and it seems to be fine. It was pretty basic, pretty standard stuff. Everything was fine, reliable, they gave me a good quote and we moved on it.
