Electrical Service
KEN MARTIN, THE OWNER, SPENT OVER AN HOUR WITH ME REVIEWING OUR OUTSIDE METER PROBLEM. HE INDICATED THE ELECTRIC COMPANY WOULD PROBABLY DO THE WORK FOR FREE. HE THEN WAITED FOR ME TO CALL THEM AND HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO THEM HIMSELF SO THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND IT WAS A PROBLEM THEY SHOULD FIX. HE INITIALLY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR HIS TIME AND EVENTUALLY AGREED TO A $10 CHARGE ONLY FOR INSTALLING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. INSTEAD OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US AND DOING THE REPAIRS HIMSELF FOR A FEE, HE WAS HONEST AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN GETTING THE POWER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK FOR US.
