IBS COLLISION CTR

My Wife was hit on the passenger side front corner bumper. Damage was done to the Alloy Wheel and a scratch was put in the passenger door. Job was done beautifully but the day my wife went to pick it up and brought it home she parked in the driveway so I could look at it. Our 9 year old grandson was the one that brought to our attention that there were several scratches on the drivers side rear quarter panel and also about a 2 to 3 inch gouge in the paint. We called immedietly but the owner Rocco had gone home for the day which was a friday so we left the information with the receptionist. Called Monday and Rocco told us to bring it back so he could look at it. Luckily as with many body shops he was careful to take pictures all around the car and it showed that the new damage was not there when we brought it. Said it happened when they sent it over to PEP Boys for an alignment. Rocco was great about it and it is to be repaired in a couple of weeks. Just hoping that the work will be done as well as the first repair.

I had a serious leak from around the windshield when it rained. I thought it was just a bad gasket but it turned out to be a huge rust
problem that circled the glass. I couldn?t find anybody to do this repair. I called my insurance company for a referral to a good body shop and tried several leads from windshield companies.  Everybody said they don?t do rust! I found IBS on A?s list and talked to Rocco. It was a ray of hope. He looked at it, scheduled me in and a couple days later it was like new. I?m driving home and noticed he fixed my turn signal and visors too. He did a great job at a very fair price. He showed me pictures of the damage and he must be magic because so
much of the metal was gone. I don?t know how he did it.

I would use them again. It is fair priced and comfortable too. I had two practically same quotes, one from another company.

If auto repair subsequent to a collision can be described as "painless," this is it.  What a competent, professional, organized and pleasant company this is.  The office and shop are immaculate.  The estimate was timely and the work was completed exactly on time.  The quality of the body work is excellent.  I paid a $500 deductible and my insurance paid the rest.  What is also a bonus is that IBS deals with Hertz in Polaris/Powell every day, so the rental car was delivered to me at IBS and I was able to leave it there.  This makes a big difference if you don't have help available to drive you to and from a repair shop.  In summary, the owner takes great pride in his work (this is a second generation business) and the office manager is very helpful and personable.    I recommend them to you without reservation and in the highest terms. 

My wife's car got into a fender bender and there were scratch marks at the back bumper. Being a bright red car, the scratches are visible from far away. I took the car to IBS for an estimate due to prior good experience with the shop. The guy who did the estimate just told me that they may be able to buff the scratches off and ask me to wait. After a cup of coffee and a donut, he came back and said that almost all the scratches are gone. I went out and looked, it was just like before the accident. I asked him how much and he simply said that it is only a few minutes work and don't worry about it. What a great guy!! I have a friend who had similar problem with his car and went to a different shop who specialized in dents and scratches and he paid more than $250. This guy who runs the IBS is definitely an honest guy and the workmanship there is just great. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I clipped the corner of my new Honda CRV on my garage. I took my vehicle to IBS and they did a great job taking care of me and my car. They quickly provided an estimate and worked me into their schedule fairly quickly. They kept my car the number of days they said it would take and charged what they estimated, which I felt was very reasonable. They made my car look brand new again.

They were recommended by our insurance company (N-wide). We set up an appt. They were a family run business, the wife at the receptionist area and hubby in the back. They had the car a week and it looked brand new. Nice people with good skills.

Given the age of my T-bird, the parts needed are no longer made. I found a decent substitute, but IBS needed to remove old ones, clean, prep the area, cut, trim, and paint new moldings - most of the cost was labor, which is to be expected given the job!
They did GREAT work and I can guarantee the moldings will now outlast the car LOL
I was very impressed with their work and HIGHLY recommend them.
Planning on going back for some other work this week, actually...

Car was finished in three days and was told I had a life time warranty as long as I owned the SUV , I had to take back after first couple of week because a screw attached came loose inside wheel well.IBS fixed this and I had no problems until 11 mos later I started having a squeaking when I opened my drivers side door.I could not find the problem but it went away. Well I found out later why it stopped. The door was scrapping the front drivers side panel and chipping paint. It stopped because the door had bent to make the clearance. I took to IBS and was told that and quot; We fix this a year ago and only unscrewed the mudflap.He did not metion that when I brought in the SUV I could not open the drivers side door until he pulled out the panel .

It this was caused by us you would have brought the car in before a year. Also you do a lot of driving anything could have happen. IBS claimed they was going to look up the repair and get back to me that was 1 week ago still nothing..

I was in a minor fender bender and my insurance company provided me with a list of collision repair shops. They didn't recommend any of them letting me know it was my decision who I took my car to. I chose IBS due to its location and some good reviews I found on line. I was NOT disappointed. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and professional. Even if my insurance hadn't covered the cost, I felt their price was very fair and the quality of work couldn't have been any better! If I ever need car repair again, I would definitely return to IBS.

They were wonderful and professional. They did an amazing job and repaired the dent so well that it is not visible at all. They took care of working with the insurance company for us. They said they would come in with the insurance company’s estimate.

I have used IBS collision several times and each time I am more impressed than the previous time. They are VERY professional, kind, fast and a pleasure to work with. It has to be the cleanest body shop I have ever been in. Additionally, Rocco handled everything with the insurance company which was nice. I would never take my car anywhere else and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND JEFF AND DRAKE BROUGHT OUT THE TOOLS AND BUFFED OUT THE SCRATCH WHILE I WAITED. THEY TOOK 10 MINUTES DURING LUNCH TO DO THIS, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME! OTHER SHOPS WERE ESTIMATING 2+ HOURS OF LABOR ($140+) TO DO IT, WHICH WOULD HAVE MEANT HIGHER COST, A 2ND TRIP BACK, ETC. THE IBS GUYS TOOK CARE OF ME ON THE SPOT. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I HOPE I DON'T NEED TO USE A BODY SHOP ANYTIME SOON, BUT IF I DO I'M COMING TO IBS, NO QUESTION!

THEY ALSO WASHED MY CAR AND THOROUGHLY VACUUMED THE INTERIOR, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS BODY WORK, EVEN IF THEY AREN''T IN THE WESTERVILLE AREA. THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE!!
