It was the best carpet installation we have had of the three times we have replaced carpet. The workers were meticulous. The sales people at Home Depot Westerville were very responsive, helpful and I would absolutely hire them again. We were in a hurry to get carpet replaced and they installed it within the 7 day window that was guaranteed.

They came on time. I can tell that he did a good job. But I feel like they added some cost in the end.

Sales people make good promises, but the installers and suppliers can't deliver.
The end result is good, but a 3-5 day job took 6 months to get right, due to improper planning/measurement by OHIO HOME PRO, who does Home Depot's kitchen installations.

Things went good. We didn't have any trouble at all. They came in and got it all done in a day. They left the area clean. The workers were good. They were here when they said.

We ordered an Anderson retractable insect screen door in August, 2013. After having received the wrong door, it was finally installed in late October. We did not use it until this spring, 2014. It broke and could lnot be used. When we informed Home Depot, they had their installer come out and he said it was Anderson's fault. Home Depot said I had to call Anderson and deal with them, because they wouldn't deal with them. I called Anderson and they would not help. I sent a nice/proessional letter to the store manager of the Maxtown Road Home Depot with all the information and have not heard back. It has been over two weeks. We gave them our money for a product that does not work. We just want a product that works or get our money back. Thanks.

Great job installing the dryer and trouble shooting when it didn't work.(traced back to the furnace and a closed valve)

It went well - there are a couple of cabinet doors that were not the right size so they are to return this week to finish. They came on time, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, asked our advice and opinions.

Clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as pleasant to work with.

Overall, it went very well. The online design and ordering process was very easy and worked well. All materials arrived in perfect condition, ready to assemble and install.
There was a bit of confusion around making contact with the third-party delivery service to set a delivery appointment (we ended up calling them), which delayed delivery by a few days. That is my only issue with the process, but it was only a minor inconvenience.
Since these closet organizers are sold mainly as a series of kits for creating individual closet sections, we ended up with several extra shelves and a few other spare parts. At least no parts were missing so this is not a huge deal. I plan to return the pieces that are still in their original packaging and keep a couple shelves in case we want to add them later.
We shop at the Home Depot on Sawmill Road often and have always had good experiences there. The people are very friendly and helpful.

You just go in Home Depot, you get what you need, get in line and then pay for it. You just put the empty propane tank and then take a new one. We go there all the time. Most of the time, when we have a question, the staff can answer it 95% of the time.

It was very good. They seemed to be very attentive to our needs. The crew they sent out new what they were doing. We had to call back because we had a water leak. They came back and took care of it.

I have to admit the earlier you get to the store the better.
If you get there when they open you get all the help you could ask for.
Going there at 9:00 am on it gets so much busier.So if you want to look around
and get help where ever you go throughout th the store.
Get there early.
Most stores open at 6:00 am.

This is a great Home Depot store.

I recently went in to purchase some wire for a project. I was greeted on arrival, directed to the appropriate aisle, assisted while in that aisle to find the right wire. The person helping me actually gave me the wire free since there was a bundle that had been bent and could no longer be sold. They didn't them individually, so he gave me what I needed free.

We also had new flooring put in several years ago. They were willing to work with us to save money. We did the demolition work of the old flooring and all of the baseboard removal and replacement. They did a great job and arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and worked very efficiently the entire time they were there.

They told us they were going to install it when the carpet comes in at the end of march. I though they had it in stock. They didn't show us that our carpet wasn't available. After paying it they told us it wasn't available, they should have told us before.

They helped me find what I needed and gave me a referral for where I could find another part.

Overall a good experience.

They were great and I think they have the best offer than anybody. I shopped around extensively and I think they have the best pricing. They have really good selection and they give good service too. They even have like a ninety day guarantee on the product, where if you don't like it for any reason they will rip it out and install new stuff for you for no extra cost. Even if it's for a simple reason, like for example if you don't like the color, they will do that for you. I haven't heard this kind of service anywhere else. The people at the store are really good. I will definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy carpets.

We went to Home depot talked with a salesman about having the exterior back door replaced, told him what we wanted ask about the price and what it included. He gave us a price. He ask us how the door opened (swing) we told him. We ask if it was energy eff. He told us no because it had glass in it. A few days later we saw the door we had ordered in the add and it was an energy door. I took the add and the bill back to the store ,talked with a different salesman he confirmed the door was energy eff. We also found out the door had been ordered and was at the store and ready to be installed. No one had come out to our home to measure the door. We were then told the first salesman had not ordered to have a measurement done and the door should not have been ordered without a measurement. When the gentleman came out to measure we found out the first salesman had not ordered the right swing on the door, another door had to be ordered. When the right door came in the manager of the department called to say it would cost us another $125.00 to get a permit to install the door and another $30.00 to haul away the old door. when the gentleman came out to install the door he said we had water damage to the sill , he then went to the store to buy the wood to fix the problem. He returned with the lumber a piece of wood 2ft x 2ft.. The manager called me after the sill had been fiixed and told me it would cost another $50.00 for the cost of the wood and labor. We were told by the manager that the installer would give us the energy credit paper work for out taxes. The installer said he didn't have any paper work. I had to call the manager back to find out where the papers were he said he didn't know and he would have to let me know next week.

They did very well. They were prompt and professional and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend them.

The contractor that Home Depot used called to let me know they would be late, but still didn't show up when promised. Their excuse was that the installer had a long day and hasn't had enough sleep. When the installer finally showed up, he complained the whole time about how tired he was from the partying he did the day before. I called Home Depot and the contractor to let them know of my displeasure. The contracting company was little help, but Home Depot was good to give a discount on the installation of the carpet. After all was said and done, I am happy we did it, but it took a while to get what we wanted.

They did a great job. They gave us many options to choose from. I thought that their customer service was excellent. I also thought that the price was fair for what we wanted.

It looks great. They did it when they said they would do it and within the time frame. And we were satisfied with their performance.
