I had to leave 2-3 messages each time to receive responses. We set a first date for a service call with no specific time. They did not come or contact me that day. We arranged a second appointment on a specific daye and time and they ghosted me again.

I have used this company for over 15 years. During that time I have replaced so many systems because I have many rental properties. There were so many times where the same house needed new systems after just a few years. He always said it was because the tenant didn't replace the filters. One time he was not available for service and I had to call another company. That company told me the system had been services to override the CO2 switch. There was a problem and he set the system to allow high CO2. At that time I switched companies. Since then I have learned the horrible work he has done. I am today replacing a furnace and AC because the last new furnace and AC Holmes put in he didn't replace the A coil and water has been draining thru the furnace and it is rusted out a unit that is not that old. I look back and know many times I went into these properties and would call Holmes and say water is running thru the unit. He always blamed it on something else but now I know why I have been replacing units so frequently. If you have bought a furnace or AC check and see I bet water is running thru your system and it is rusting . Good luck with this guy. Remember he was willing to put a tenants life at risk to quickly fix a furnace. Never should a CO2 alarm be overridden.

They are priced well for what they do. They do quality work. It took them about one day to finish the work. They left the area very clean.

He gave us a lot of pointers on how to maintain a furnace well. he found the problem quickly and kind of showed us how to check the results. He wasn't trying to up sell me on products. He was trying to fix he problem that was actually wrong. he gave us accurate information on how a furnace works.

I went good, check the heat, one of the nicest people you ever want to meet.  Very Neat, and on time, clean out the cold air return.  They have work on several people from work and my parent's home. 

We called on Friday around noon time to ask someone to come out and give us a quote.  He called back quickly and said that he would be available at 4.  We told him that neither adult would be home until after 5 pm - he said no problem - would 7 pm work for us.  He arrived promptly at 7 pm - checked out the old unit (hadn't been working in several years) - looked at our furnace - checked our electric panel.  Told me that he needed to call to confirm some information about our furnace - said he would do it on Saturday morning and then e-mail me a quote.  He called at 11:45 am on Saturday morning with the quote.  We agreed to move forward with the new air conditioner with them.  He told me that he would try to make it out on Monday to install the new unit but it might not be until Wednesday due to having other jobs scheduled.  We said that would be no problem.  Early on Monday afternoon - received a text message from him that he would be arriving at our house in the late afternoon to install the unit and wanted to check to make sure it was alright.  We responded that would be fine.  He arrived and had the unit installed and cooling our house by 6:30 that night.  Removed the old unit and all of the materials that were connected to it.  Installed a new thermostat.  The job was professional and well done.  Opened up more space in our basement since he removed all of the old copper coil that had done with the old unit.  Will definitely use him again and would recommend him.

It was a great experience, and got things working for us again.

I contacted Shaun regarding issues with my AC.  He promptly responded and offered to make a service call that same evening.  He quickly diagnosed the issue, thoroughly explained the cause and potential fixes.  He arrived at a scheduled time late in the evening to finish the job.  He exceeded my expectations in every aspect of his service.  He was very professional, reliable, and helpful throughout the entire process.  I would highly recommend him for any Heating/Cooling work you need.  He is at the top of my list should I have any needs in the future.  I will definitely refer him to any of my friends.

Shaun came out the day I called him due to my hot water tank and furnace pilots not staying lit. He was prompt and professional. He took the time to show me the button on my water tank that is a safety feature that will get tripped sometimes and cause the pilot to not light. I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated him taking the time to show me the features. As a single woman it's nice to have someone be honest and help you rather than play on your lack of knowledge and rip you off. I had to call him three more times with questions and he was very patient and helpful and even came back to my house between calls to show me what I was doing wrong and didn't charge me. In addition his pricing is VERY reasonable! I am so impressed and I will be a repeat customer and have my furnace serviced by this company annually. I highly recommend them. Awesome company!!!!
